南仏への乗り継ぎに1泊することで体力温存できました。シャトルバスの情報がなかったのでやや不安でしたが、バス停でホテルの名前を見つけ利用しました。部屋からパリの街の灯が煌いて見えました。 |

The room is much smaller than the picture of web site. I think the room is no longer executive room. The refrigerator in the room did not work. |

従業員のJosephと言う黒人は、勤勉、丁寧で立派な人物だった。 施設はぼろぼろ。エアコンは故障しており、ヒーターが持ち込まれたが、それも壊れていた。最悪の施設。看板に偽りあり。 |

空港からのホテルバスがとても便利です。 ホテルの紹介記事には大きくは取り上げられていませんが、「乗り継ぎでパリに１泊」という私の目的には便利、且つ、このサービスのために、またホテルを利用しようと思いました。 特にありません。 いいホテルだと思います。 |

At reception staff charged me for twice more that it was agreed under the web booked accommodations and I was forced to communicate with the boss to clear the situation. Also the staff did not know anything about Miles and More card, so here I call the the boss again. |

The breadfast buffet was fine. This facility is an embarassment to Holiday Inn. It is very poorly maintained, and is seriously in need of repair and updating. The tub/shower drain in our room was totally inoperative and broken to the point that the tub would not drain at all. The marble at the lav. Was broken, the carpet threadbare and chinaware, glasses, etc. were in the hall the entire time. We would not stay again. |
