restaurant was nice the fact that there was no shuttle service at 5.00 a.m. to the airport and we had to reserve and take a taxi which surprisingly cost us 40 Euro, knowing that we paid 60 Euro to come from Orly airport to the hotel by taxi!! |

Friendly, helpful and outgoing staff. Nice and friendly atmosphere overall. They need to increase the number of shuttle buses in the morning, a lot of guests depart from the hotel at that time, sometimes you can not get on and cabs are not always available either. |

The room was very good sized and the bathroom was large and well decorated. The air conditioning was minimal at best; the shower hose was split in places and the property is a bit "tired". |

Free parking, at least no-one asked us to pay for it although a sign listed the rates. Location in relation to downtown Paris was terrible. No breakfast for the $500 per night was crazy, no in room Internet or WiFi for a business hotel is insane, over $12 for a glass of beer and my toilet seat was falling off. At $500 per night I was terribly disappointed in the lack of quality. |

Using the airport shuttle was undependable. Even by planning an extra hour for getting to the terminal, we had to finally call a taxi . Two shuttles came loaded with people, ergo, no room to board. The staff was unable to assure us of when another would come by, or whether there would be room to get a ride. More assessment of the traffic flow is needed in planning shuttle schedules. |
