At reception staff charged me for twice more that it was agreed under the web booked accommodations and I was forced to communicate with the boss to clear the situation. Also the staff did not know anything about Miles and More card, so here I call the the boss again. |

The breadfast buffet was fine. This facility is an embarassment to Holiday Inn. It is very poorly maintained, and is seriously in need of repair and updating. The tub/shower drain in our room was totally inoperative and broken to the point that the tub would not drain at all. The marble at the lav. Was broken, the carpet threadbare and chinaware, glasses, etc. were in the hall the entire time. We would not stay again. |

Nice spacious room. Good room service, excellent food. The hotel info on the TV did not work. Internet card expensive, printer in bussiness centre did not work for printing my boarding pass. I lost all my time of the internet card in the process until a friendly receptionist used his own computer to help me. |

The shuttle service was excellent Lack of times available for meals. Because of the time change we were ready to eat around 4pm but supper was not served until 7pm. As well they were working on the air conditioning so we did have to change rooms. |

restaurant was nice the fact that there was no shuttle service at 5.00 a.m. to the airport and we had to reserve and take a taxi which surprisingly cost us 40 Euro, knowing that we paid 60 Euro to come from Orly airport to the hotel by taxi!! |
