I stayed here several times and most of the times it is really good. Staff is always friendly. I took a room+parking, which saved me a lot of parking costs, only 6 euro extra for a day parking. Great! Most of the times they give a kingsize bed, but due to occupancy perhaps, I got a triple room with a queensize and single which filled the whole room. Also no pay tv and no wifi, but lan-connection in room for only 10euro a day is ok. |

Good breakfast. Internet access did not work in rooms or lobby. Room and corridors smelt very strongly of cigarettes. |

Location easy to reach with car from the periferique. Most of staff is friendly They did not charge the coffee I ordered at roomservice, because I had to wait so long because they forgot 1st time i called. Great big kingsize bed and spacious room. Service level was really low this time, roomservice and reception did not answer phone, internet did not work in room and I had to complain 2 x first he boy at reception tried to blame it on my laptop, then they gave me other room were it did work so they knew already the problem was not my laptop! Restaurant closed and food in bar very bad. I ordered coffee in room and they did not bring it. |

Price/quality great, hotel is just as good as many other 4 star for half of price. Big room and I got a kingsize bed. Friendly reception, multi-lingual also dutch. Restaurant not so good, light is too bright and food was not so good, but staff was very nice. |

Hotel pas accueillant, petit déjeuné prohibitif. Personnel Lobbie pas serviable, personnel bar inexistant. C'est la première fois que je mets 1/2 heures pour faire le check in et une heure le check out |

ontbijtbuffet werd niet voldoende bijgevuld, de kamer was klein en in de badkamer kon je niet fatsoenlijk douchen ivm de krappe afmetingen. Geen echte 4sterren (meer) waard. |

Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei Erkundigungen betrefend Besichtigungen von Paris. Das Badezimmer war kalt. |

à part le parking, l'hotel est bien. Le fonctionnement du parking n'était pas expliqué, même sur place. C'est un parking public qui peut être complet les soirs de concert à la villette. Ce fut le cas et aucune proposition de rechange n'a été faite par l'hotel. |

Merci de bien vouloir rédiger un commentaire d'au moins 15 mots L'hotel était placé ou je le voulais, mais il faut dire que c'était un week-end et se déplacer à partir de la porte de pantin en était facilité. Oui: c'est un 4 étoiles !!! l'hotel n'en mérite que 3 car un Mercure ou autres hotel est mieux à ce prix là. Je venais du radisson à Mesnil- Amelot au même prix et ensuite je suis allé au méridien Etoile mais à 230 Euros mais Petit Dej inclus...la nuit et le jour entre les 3 hotels ensuite j'ai fait le mercure Moulins 3 étoiles à 80 Euros et le mercure Orléans , 3 étoiles à 135 Euros ! |

La situation Le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe (attente de 15 minutes pour du beurre), quand on voyuage on le voit tout de suite dans le manque de tenue générale, absolument pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, le room service ne sert pas les boissons, seulement la nourriture, pas du tout disponible, et le personnel de chambre entre et sort des chambres à sa guise sans s'excuser. N'y retournerai pas. |

literie très conforatble, serviettes et draps de bain, décoration sobre, proximité métro Prestation "executive" absente alors qu'elle faisait partie d'une offre spéciale, chambre petite avec fenêtre minuscule, pas de verre, une seule tasse pour le café, moisissures sur les joints de carrelage de la SdB, température et débit de l'eau de la douche instable (très chaud puis très froid) |
