We liked the location close to cité de la science and close to metro beds are super comfort hotel staff very friendly breakfast rich

Location

Although this was a non-smoking room the bathroom sink was full with sigaret stains. There is absolutely no atmosphere in the hotel. They were renovating and hammering untill 9pm. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. I left a brand new shirt in the room, when I contacted them one day later about this matter it took them 5 days to check on this matter (after I called severall times). The feedback I got was that they could not find the shirt, no wonder 5 days later. I suppose someone else was already wearing it. If you want to enjoy Paris than don´t stay here.

Overpriced staff does not speak english.

Charging for internet useage for a €200 per night room seems greedy. Difficult parking access.

The location is kind of ok as you have the metro 20 meters away, but it takes quite a while to get to the real centre of Paris from here, at least 40 mins with the metro to the Louvre for example. The hotel rooms (of the normal rooms) are really simple, no value for what you pay, even if we could get a good price. The temperature in the rooms is terrible, extremely warm! Good thing is they moved us to another room which in the morning was really warm again! The tickets you get for the internet for downstairs do not work at all.

Mediocre breakfast and stuff there. Waiters never bothered to clean up the table for us. Also it was temporary dining room due to some works in the restaurant.

There was nothing in the refrigerator and the staff was hung off the phone while I was speaking to him when I told him about this. No managers responded to my requests for the meeting and this is a hotel with serious problems.

Nous avons eu une chambre plus " haute gamme " que ce que nous avions réservé, offert par l’hôtel. L'emplacement ayant un concert le soir au Zenith, nous avons eu la rue à traverser pour s'y rendre. De plus une supérette à 50 mètres nous a permis d'aller faire quelques courses pour notre séjour ( Les prix des repas de l’hôtel restant chers pour notre budget). La chambre était grande avec une vue agréable (9e étage),de la literie et du linge de bain propre et ce qu'il fallait d'équipement ( sèche cheveux, télé ...). Enfin le personnel de l’hôtel était très poli et accueillant.

Le seul "bémol" est que même situé au 9eme étage nous avions l'impression d’être au premier à cause du bruit de la circulation, l'isolation sonore n’était pas terrible, mais ayant été à un concert nous avion des Boules Quies et avons très bien dormis, la prochaine fois je demanderai une chambre non coté rue.

Les lits sont d'une excellente qualité.

L'accueil et le personnel d'accueil très professionnel. La situation géographique. Le silence des chambres.

Tous les tarifs sont prohibitifs (18€ le petit déjeuner quand ailleurs il se situe entre 8 et 12€), (25€ la journée de parking quand de l'autre côté de la rue Vinci propose la même chose à 15€), pas de Wi-Fi gratuit en chambre quand aujourd'hui tout le monde le propose à sa clientèle (existe en payant avec des tarifs là encore de folie) etc...
