Without free internet costumers should not have to pay for internet

The hotel location is excellent for arriving from the North A1 (by car or plane). We knew it from previous visits. Close to the boulevard Peripherique and close to metro station. Hotel has underground parking at Euro 25 per day. One comment on location however. Finally, it would make sense if Accor / Mercure (the new owner) calls the hotel Mercure Pantin, because it is located at Porte Pantin, and not Porte La Villette.

The hotel was about to change ownership from Holiday Inn to Mercure 2 days later. There was not enough breakfast for guests. Long lines and people waiting over 45 minutes. No food. We had to go and have breakfast elsewhere. The flowers in the reception area were at least 1 week old (and showed poorly), the staff was poor at best, The WIFI is at E10 per day. Fortunately the water (cold and warm), light and use of elevator were free! And to make the experience complete, the hood of our car got seriously damaged (line scratched) by a key in the underground parking. That is not the hotel to blame but they could have camera's to monitor and trace the person who did that. All in all, not our best experience. We cannot recommend it in this state to others.

Charging for internet useage for a €200 per night room seems greedy. Difficult parking access.

The location is kind of ok as you have the metro 20 meters away, but it takes quite a while to get to the real centre of Paris from here, at least 40 mins with the metro to the Louvre for example. The hotel rooms (of the normal rooms) are really simple, no value for what you pay, even if we could get a good price. The temperature in the rooms is terrible, extremely warm! Good thing is they moved us to another room which in the morning was really warm again! The tickets you get for the internet for downstairs do not work at all.

Location

Although this was a non-smoking room the bathroom sink was full with sigaret stains. There is absolutely no atmosphere in the hotel. They were renovating and hammering untill 9pm. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. I left a brand new shirt in the room, when I contacted them one day later about this matter it took them 5 days to check on this matter (after I called severall times). The feedback I got was that they could not find the shirt, no wonder 5 days later. I suppose someone else was already wearing it. If you want to enjoy Paris than don´t stay here.

Proximity of La Bourget where the AirShow is hosted.

Mediocre breakfast and stuff there. Waiters never bothered to clean up the table for us. Also it was temporary dining room due to some works in the restaurant.

Please don't go by name,the hotel doesn't match it's name at all and it's location is also far from city,very poor approach to the city attractions from the hotel. This hotel needs renovation also,it's quite old now

Too expensive for the size of the rooms and the lack of amenities.

Proximo ao metro, embora tivessemos que andar umas 15 estacoes (alem de fazer baldeacao) para chegar nos principais pontos turisticos.

O banheiro estava com cheiro estranho. Parecia cheiro de sujo (mas visualmente estava ok).
