A nice room & friendly reception.

Bad service. Cheating staff. I booked the parking place 2 weeks before arrival and they told me there is no parking place for me on the day right before me arrival, which made me not possible to cancel the reservation anymore (I paid the rate with free cancellation) I asked for 3 rooms in the same floor but they put my parent to different floor and said it is fully book. We went to the room and it was very smelly. I was angry and rushed to the staff and asked to change the room, in the end they put my parents in the same floor with me but 1 minutes ago they said it is fully booked! Just cheating, very bad service! The enviornment is bad, close to the train station, it is dirty does not look safe around. Very small resturant, crowded in breakfast time!

Bad smell in the first room, but we could switch to a much better room.

After we moved to a quiet room, everything was very good - ie the room, the facilities, the service and the breakfast.

Our first night was spent in a very noisy room with poor insulation. We got very little sleep.

Closeness to three stations. A friendly welcome in English. Bedroom spotless and very comfortable with a separate toilet as well as a bathroom.

Excellent if you have an early train from Montparnasse. 5 minutes to the train. Hotel clean, no complain

Location is excellent in the centre of Paris near to metro and train station breakfast selections are good the staff were good at reception.

The room was smaller than what we expected (superior double room). The window did not shut completely so we were disturbed by the street noise. Breakfast service was not the best. We waited long time to be served. There were only to maids to serve loads of customers and there were no dishes or cups to pick up and chose your food, you have to wait for the servants to bring them for you. Wireless internet speed was good but disconnect frequently and poor signal in our rooms occasionally.

The guy in reception vincent was very gentle. Easy to go down to metro.

It was a disaster to stay in this hotel. Small room, Poor breakfast, Awfull housekeeping (they did not change the coffe cups 2 days)

Not more than an excellent fair from all the staff

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were bright and appealing; the bathrooms were clean with hot running water and good pressure. The staff at the hotel (both the front desk and the service staff at breakfast) were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast served was delicious, hotel and plentiful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

Clean, Location is excellent, modern, showers were always hot.

bit on the expensive side for the room size, but most of the hotels in Montparnasse are pretty high anyway.

opening the room door and lightening up the room was bit complicated with a card.Also going up with an elevator with a key digital signal was complicated. It could be easier if you stay the classical way.Sometimes modern system complicates more than what it brings a confort and convinience.

The hotel is very well located next to resturants, shopping centres, supermarkets, and transportations. The rooms are small (Paresian hotel standar) but we were satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and toilets. We booked 2 rooms for 7 days and we were glad that we have chosen this hotel.

The elevators and the breakfast buffet. I made some suggestion to use the extra space at the back of the hotel as an extention for the ground floor to have further space for the breakfast area.

Near metro station. Halal food for moslems nearby.

I required one bed for 2 and I got 2 twin beds. The sound on tv (room 203) doesn't not work properly:very low

Location, close to metro, decent selection of restaurants within a short walking distance.

1St room we got smelled of old drains, 2nd room was a smoking room, finally ended up in a room on the 1st floor close to a noisy staff entrance. Got back from our business Sunday morning around 2pm and the room still hadn't been cleaned - put the do not disturb sign on the door as we badly needed to sleep. After 30 minutes the staff decided it was a brilliant (read: obnoxiously rude!) idea to wake us up by calling us because they didn't want to knock due to the sign. This totally ruined the rest of our stay at the hotel as afterwards we could constantly hear a squeaky door every 2-3 minutes, and never got the sleep we desperately needed. In addition the rooms are small and we were refused to have a second room key, and the lobby was under renovation, which hadn't been mentioned during the reservation. For a four star, this hotel is one of the biggest disappointments I have ever experienced!

The staff were so great and friendly! We were very impressed with the standard of the room for the money.

The bed had large dents in the mattress making it rather uncomfortable
