Mattress very comfortable. Hotel facilities quite new. Good location for travelling between and in the city as well as to the airport. Air-con was not working at all. A really repugnant smell in the toilet. Sound insulation not very good. |

Good and friendly service. Very good breakfast, even brought to the room without additional costs. Very good place for the city travelers. Metro next to the hotel entry. Perfect parkingplace for Paris with limited additional costs. Cleaning of the room on Sunday was not perfect. On other days wel. 3 persons room was smaal but still acceptable. |

Hotel staff were super-friendly and helpful. Very responsive when we complained about a broken lamp. Loved the convenient location near station, metro, airport buses and some great restaurants.Baggage room is locked automatically so earlier complaint is wrong. Nice breakfast. Perhaps the mattress was a bit soft, but that is a personal opinion not a complaint. All the pillows were most welcome. |

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Allowing us to send and receive faxes, take photocopies etc as we had to complete some financial work whilst out there, at no additional costs. Although the location is not central to the main tourist sights in Paris it was very convenient for the Metro and also had several good restaurants nearby. |

Room was good size and very clean, also well decorated.Beds had plenty of pillows which is often not the case.Beds very comfortable. Child's bed was badly designed with metal bars my son kept hitting his legs on every time he got in.not able to have breakfast in room one morning of stay though hotel advertised this and we were not told in advance. |

I like the room but there was wrong information in the hotel description on the website. In the description, it is allowed to bring the all children below 12 years. But actually, it is not allowed to bring the children (due to safety reason) and the hotel recommend to book another room to accomodate 5yrs and 9yrs our children. |

The manageress was very attentive to our needs and responding very promptly to our comments. We are going back at the end of August 09. It appears that we chose the wrong time to go down for breakfast and sadly didn't managed to get served after 40minutes wait (under staff at the time) so chose to go down the road instead. The Manageress apologise for it and provided us with free breakfast when we return at the end of August :-) |

Too short to comment. The luggage room was not locked and the public had open access. |

Nearness of the metro Room was too hot at night with no control over temperature; maid walked in without knocking or announcing; towel warmer did not work; new internet password needed daily - not explained at check in; only one elevator worked |

The location was very close to the major attractions in Paris. Rooms were small but clean and newly renovated. The parking was for compact cars only. The fire alarm went off at 0300 in the morning for almost two consecutive hours. |

They served good food for breakfast. The hotel was accessible to the metro(subway) , restaurants and bars which are just a few meters away. The aircon did not work and we were made to transfer to another room (from 7th floor to 4th floor). When we got to the 4th floor it stinks like garbage. After the hustle of transferring our things to the room at the 4th floor, the aricon did not work as well... We lost our patience i8n transferring our things so had to bear with no aircon and stinking 4th floor. Due to this I think I didnt get my money's worth. |

Very good location, close to a main Metro station, so from there you could go very easy to any sightseeing point in Paris. And it was not loud; I could sleep very good. I also liked the deco of the hotel. The room was very small: Me and my husband could barely walk inside the room. |
