I liked being able to see out to the road and being amongst many eating places and shops. The breakfast system didn't seem to work. There were a lot of people trying to get to the food and drinks and there was not enough room. Trying to get back to your table was dfficult |

It's just another hotel for a city trip. Location is not close to eiffle tower or any other place but the train station is right outside for the tube. |

The hotel is right next a metro stop so travelling around Paris is very easy. The rooms are fantastic and the beds are huge and comfortable. It was like pulling teeth to get more breakfast items put out. They advertise breakfast until at least 1000 but when we went down at 9, most of the food was gone, there were no plates or utensils and the staff was very reluctant to do anything about it. Eventually a crowd of 10 hungry folks gathered and they had no choice. Spend your money somewhere else to eat, it will be better and cheaper. |

Room Very Comfortable although small in size. Clean and modern decoration Breakfast is very dis-organised - You have to ask for tea/coffee - tables are not laid you are given a tray - no way to bring milk if needed for the tea coffee -------------- at check out time the invoice presented by the hotel did not match the booking although this was corrected without problem, I did find this strange as when checking in the reception did query a room rate change during... |

staff are nice and helpful, room is very comfort, especially the bed. Location is good that you can easily access to any places inside Paris city. if you dont want to take RER or Metro there, it's so convenient to take Air France shuttle directly drop near the hotel. Many restaurants and supermarket nearby. You do not have to worry eating. I will stongly recommend this hotel to you. One bottle Evian is free, but there is no refill with our 7 nights stay. carpet seems to be haven't cleaned because the same rubbish were in the room every day. WIFI within the hotel but it is limited to some rooms only. We stayed in 504, wifi wasn't worked, but my friends stayed in 515, wifi was so strong. Breakfast is ok and menu didn't changed in our stayed (7 morning! |

I would say that the location of the hotel is really on main road and we all could access to anywhere especailly via metro as it's just right in front of the hotel. However; travelling with old ladies could find it quite difficult to travel around and get to the hotel via metro as there are lots of stairs up and down which is not so convenience when you have old ladies travel with. Other than that, the hotel is great esp when you will travel with all young people. |

We had a triple room so having the toilet separate from the shower room was very well thought out. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. The staff were friendly and we had a very relaxing stay in the hotel. It was also in quite a handy location - only a few metro stops from the Champs Elysees |

The hotel looks nice, it's just next to the metro station and the room is well equipped. There's only 1 key for the 2 or 3 guests in the room. It's a problem, specially because you need the key to activate the elevator! If your partner goes up first, you have to call the receptionist and she has to get off the desk and activate the elevator for you. Staff is helpful but they seem nervous. The last night in the hotel the housekeeping "forgot" to replace the soaps, coffee and so on. |

The stay was quite nice experience. Hotel staff was kind and room was clean. The room was rather small but bed was comfortable. It was good stay. I don't know why but on the first day I arrived, water in the shower didn't get warm so much. I thought it was because the weather was like summer those days. On the second night, it got enough hot. |

Wonderful. Stayed for my Disneyland Paris trip, will return for the romantic Paris date. Centrally located, newly renovated, helpful staff and surrounded by numerous resturants. Not your typical European Hotel, real live American type bed, not two twins pushed together. |
