The 4-star hotel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is set at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero.
Score from 595 reviews Very good
Some of the front desk staff poorly prepared to the job. They should have a more friendly behavior with the guests. English spoken with a hard french acccent.
Three things this hotel has that will make me stay there again are the excellent location, views from the rooftop bar and the super comfortable beds!....it surely outweighs all the other little things which really makes it a very average hotel.
Roof Top Bar with excellent views of Paris Foyer Lobby Bar Close to RER for access to CDG Air conditioned room
Room was small Roof Top Bar closes for winter on the 4th October. Expensive
The Location, reception staff were very helpful, rooftop bar had great views over Paris.
Bathroom very small, wardrobe very hard to access in corner of room, room service not good.....sent 4 paper cups when wine glasses requested. Not all rooms had our configuration. Our friends room next door had a bigger bathroom & wardrobe not stuck in corner. One of the lifts was out of order for a day or so which made for sometimes lengthy delays.
The location was good, for the Left Bank, Notre Dame, ease to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay. And the view from the roof terrace is gorgeous (but it might be too cold or windy to stay for long). The brasserie next door is great too, as are the bakeries down the road on St Andres.
It's small, cramped, and the streets were incredibly noisy and the walls/windows didn't offer much protection. Wifi only worked in the lobby, never in the room. The neighborhood was a little too overrun with tourists. It felt hectic all around and the hotel wasn't much of a respite. Dark, poorly lit, with little space and pillows that felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls.
Liked the roofdeck
Bad pillows, bad coffee and expensive drinks
Though nothing special, this hotel provides a decent night's sleep. The staff is helpful. Rooftop bar is beautiful.
The rooms are predictably small. Beware of the "balcony rooms" which have smaller beds. Morning coffee is awful.
Location, staff level of service, English speaking, Rooftop bar gives amazing views of Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame
Bar drinks are expensive
Room was not cleaned until late afternoon. Never enough coffee or sugar in room and when asked for more kept waiting for ages. Room was very small. Bathroom was lovely though and the hotel was in a good position. Front desk staff were very helpful.
Size of rooms. Location
I informed reception that the bathroom had flooded on the first day and that the carpets were very wet. Nothing was done about the carpets when I was there for 3 nights
Nothing, will never use Holiday Inn again in France, I use Holiday Inn Camden Lock in London and it is great. This was a terrible disapointment.
The fact that we arrived at 11PM and had no room available after having spent time on the internet booking. How can a hotel do overbooking!!!??? We were sent by taxi to an extremely noisy an not charming hotel in the center of Paris, when as a couple we wanted to be in romantic St. Germain to walk around at night. The bed was terrible, the pillows were terrible too, the staff slow and pompous. All is all a terrible and expensive disappointment.
Staff very helpful to all members of wedding party. Great location for our church and reception venues. Excellent breakfast.
location is really perfect in a quite street just near the bussy blvd St,Germain and place St.Michael, metro and hop on hop of bus is close and many places are in wolkable distance and in in Paris you need to walk a lot to get the atmosfere of the town roof top terase is very nice with the Eiffel towe view bathroom and breakfast is nice
bed - is really small, queen bed is 140 cm room is small but is anywhere in Paris, and it depends which room do you get, they have different rooms in same price,,we had room with eiffel tower view with balcony
Staff helpful. Location great
Breakfast not worth the money. Same poor choices every day. No option for lunch or even snacks. Top roof only has alcolic drinks
Location Rooftop bar Balcony
Small room Sensor lighting in room
Very comfortable bed.
No ironing board in room.
the location the roof terrace
the decor trying to summon the correct lift to access the roof terrace without first going down to the ground floor!
Location excellent Front desk staff excellent Very helpful with good English skills and local knowledge ie metro
Cleaning not done until late in the day, always running out of shampoo. Maybe not to the best standard
Position of hotel
Wet floors in bathroom when using shower
The location is really good, breakfast is excellent, the street is calm and service is good.
The bathroom has no door. Therefore, if you are not with your husband you better chose another hotel.
Excellent location, friendly staff and roof terrace.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Left Bank and lots of shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar has incredible views over Paris, all the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
The room was pretty small, we couldn't both walk around at the same time! The drinks at the hotel rooftop bar were expensive (although bigger than I expected when it arrived)
Close to main attration.
No toilet exhaust fan.
- location is excellent: near a taxi station, RER and metro, not to forget the quarter Latin and st germain - superb roof with exceptional view for Eiffel Tower - very clean - balcony is very useful when the weather is good -
- no spaces in the closet - restroom not practical
