Room service Noise
but other staff couldn't have been more helpful
some staff were not that helpful
Fancy looking shower fixtures but not not much water flow.
Everything was excellent but the hardware in the bathroom. Once your hands were wet, one couldn't turn the smooth round knobs, and we could not regulate the temperature of the water. It was extremely hot.
Location and comfort of this hotel are great. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.
If I have to find some improvement needs _Breakfast is fine, but fresh fruit juices would be appreciated... _Internet / wifi was not as fast and sustainable as expected.
Good location although a little noisy at the front. Small but beautifully furnished room, breakfast v good, staff v friendly at reception, breakfast staff a little slow to clear tables and to replenish food items on buffet, overall v pleased and would stay again without hesitation
Rooms are small but comfortable. Ask for a higher floor as rooms have small balconies. Staff are very helpful. Excellent view of the Eiffel tower from the roof top.
Shower system was good
There was not tub bath
Location is good
It was lower end of the 4 star hotels compared to Pullman
Great location, superb view of Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris from our balcony (you pay extra for this, though!). Close to the Metro and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff and nice bar. Would recommend.
Room was quite compact and access to wardrobe was blocked by the fridge which we had to move. The wardrobe itself was in a dark corner so it was hard to see anything. Could do with improving the lighting and removing the fridge.
helpful staff and excellent view from balcony
shower partially broken and bad smell in room
Everything OK. Excellent food for breakfast, very kind staff, great location. Quite room.
Perfect location!!! Close to a lot of touristy spots.
Wasn't crazy about the breakfast, and was a little pricey!!
The hotel rooms were nice and clean and great location
Breakfast and the service at breakfast was terrible.
Comfortable hotel. Very close to some of the major tourist sites. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. Very close to the metro. Easy to get from the hotel to Longchamp racetrack. Excellent roof top bar with great views over Paris.
Based on a previous visit the rooms are a little small but this is typical for Paris hotels. This time given a free upgrade to a suite so room excellent.
The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was amazing with such stunning views. We loved the views from our balcony also.
The mattress was quite hard, so I woke a few times in the night, but, I am used to having a really soft mattress and I know others might prefer a firmer mattress, so you can't please everyone! :-)
Excellent location and very good breakfast.
Lack of reliable WiFi or internet access.
We booked a 'deluxe' room not knowing that the hotel would house us in their executive suite. Result is that we've had a superb short stay in one of the finest locations in Paris (Quartier Latin) in what we (and most of us, I think) consider a gigantic room thank you, Booking.com and thank you, Holiday Inn.
in addition to the hotel service , I like transport facility as well the very nice view of " Tour Effel " from my room
nothing to mentioned
Great location on the left bank - close to St Germain des Pres as well as the islands. Comfortable rooms, good service and airport transport if desired. A real gem on the left bank - business hotel quality at a non-business location
Some of the front desk staff poorly prepared to the job. They should have a more friendly behavior with the guests. English spoken with a hard french acccent.
Three things this hotel has that will make me stay there again are the excellent location, views from the rooftop bar and the super comfortable beds!....it surely outweighs all the other little things which really makes it a very average hotel.
Roof Top Bar with excellent views of Paris Foyer Lobby Bar Close to RER for access to CDG Air conditioned room
Room was small Roof Top Bar closes for winter on the 4th October. Expensive
The Location, reception staff were very helpful, rooftop bar had great views over Paris.
Bathroom very small, wardrobe very hard to access in corner of room, room service not good.....sent 4 paper cups when wine glasses requested. Not all rooms had our configuration. Our friends room next door had a bigger bathroom & wardrobe not stuck in corner. One of the lifts was out of order for a day or so which made for sometimes lengthy delays.
The location was good, for the Left Bank, Notre Dame, ease to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay. And the view from the roof terrace is gorgeous (but it might be too cold or windy to stay for long). The brasserie next door is great too, as are the bakeries down the road on St Andres.
It's small, cramped, and the streets were incredibly noisy and the walls/windows didn't offer much protection. Wifi only worked in the lobby, never in the room. The neighborhood was a little too overrun with tourists. It felt hectic all around and the hotel wasn't much of a respite. Dark, poorly lit, with little space and pillows that felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls.
