The hotel was within walking distance from the metro making it easy to get around to the city-centre and around Paris. The room was neat and clean. Temperature was comfortable. Price was not very high Check-in process was not very well managed. We had to wait for more than half an hour beyond 2 pm, which was the scheduled checkin time. Services from room service, housekeeping and reception were often slow.

the room is quite large Internet Wi-Fi extremely expensive, not at level of main hotels service-. Breakfast 20E? If you like a cooffe and a brioche it's ridicolus

Modern, great location and friendly bar staff in the Doors restaurant The few things I didn't like is why we had to pay taxes on top of our hotel charge? Why not just include this in the hotel booking? Also the maids, in 2 nights 1 maid came in twice while we wre sleeping and another the second morning just opened the door and closed it again, didn't seem all that secure that someone had let themselves in on three occasions?

Le petit déjeuner le plus minable servi en chambre depuis longtemps : pain et viennoiseries caoutchouteux facturé 25 € par personne,c est honteux . Par ailleurs la femme de chambre qui pénètre avec son pass sans prévenir à 11 H pour faire la chambre c est du jamais vu.! Je ne suis pas certain de retourner dans cet établissement

De kamer was comfortabel en de ligging van het hotel goed. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Het hotel heeft een shuttle-service (navette) naar de omliggende bedrijven. De sleutelkaart werkte niet waardoor ik met mijn bagage terug naar de receptie moest. De receptioniste had die per ongeluk gedeactiveerd maar ze heeft het probleem wel netjes opgelost.

la qualité de la literie! hôtel froid et impersonnel. Manque de "petits plus" qui font la différence avec d'autres 4 étoiles : le peignoir et les chaussons, les produits de beauté...

Goede bedden, geluidsdichte kamers. Ruime parking. De veroudering van tapijt en muren, geen douchezeep of shampoo standaard in de badkamer.

"Ceci n'est pas pas compris dans votre forfait, il faudra payer un supplément", est la seule réponse du personnel à toute demande. Pour un client régulier, ça devient pénible et finit par être reçu comme un doute sur la capacité à régler la note. Attendre 45 minutes après une commande d’amuse-gueule au Room-service pour s'entendre dire après notre rappel:"Désolé, ce n'est pas possible" Le Wifi payant dans un 4 étoiles: scandaleux. Messages personnel à la Direction: "La satisfaction du client et son bien-être doivent être remis en objectif". " La gestion des demandes particulières dans un hôtel de ce niveau devrait être une habitude admise."
