The rooms were neat and the hotel is located in the shopping area it is easy to get all kinds of requirments such as near by too many restaurants, cafe's,super markets and few distance walk for shopping in Pompidou Centre I was expecting the 4 star hotel to be same as hotels in Dubai but unfortunately it was not it seems to be 3 star hotel. My expectations were more high for this hotel during my stay when we came from our shopping we found the bathroom roof was broken and was fallen down, imagine if some one was in the bathroom having shower I assume at the same time the person would be injured or would be dead from the roof which was fallen down . we were shifted to the next room and the last issue is the room which was given to us was with the two windows but not able to view the outside as the windows were very high so no view from the room |

Very Friendly Staff; The room was very comfortable; Very Good Value for money and very close to the Metro Minor Points: Hotel Key didn't work initially. Room Chain Lock not very safe! The Money Safe didn't work! Not enough milks for the tea/coffee facilities. The Large Stain outside our bedroom door which made the corridor look dirty! |

The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet. Location good for this part of Paris as right by the metro and easy walking about. Check in was very slow when I visited; perhaps a systems or a training problem, but very frustrating. |

Not far from Gare de Nord, next to the major metro interchange, close enough to walk to good restaurants and shopping and taxis available even in the rain. Upon checking in,we were informed a doublebedded room was not available until much later. We decided to wait.On re submitting ourselves were informed only separate bedded rooms were available. On further discussion with front office staff,a doublebedded room was found for us.WHY Do they do this -to upset us before we begin our stay-not a good business model. |

The staff were very friendly and concierge service was very helpfull. Rooms were acceptable and service cleaning were fast and efficient.I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel - prebooking is a must for lower prices. Location was good too! The maintanance of the plumbing in the hotel was not brilliant. the shower head was loose and needed a replacement washer, the sink was blocked and the extractor fan was broken. The tv also was not working correctly. Little things but for the price I do not accept these. The price was far too high and I would rate the hotel a good 3* . |

Location The service is very poor! Firstly we were offered a room which was just infront of the big protest meeting for which the staff already knew. It was not possible to stay in the room. Then we were moved to different room which was smoking room (we are non smokers). I tried to complain and we were transfered to the third room. So tree rooms for two nights! |

The restaurant called Ten attached to the hotel was really quite good with nice setting and well trained staff. The concierge was also very helpful and spoke very good English. Also the location of the hotel was very handy for getting in and around Paris The hotel heating system was turned up exceptionally high and we were unable to control it to turn it down. Coupled with the fact that whilst we were there there were constant daily/nightly demonstrations in the park across from the hotel this meant the noise level prevented us from opening the window to get any fresh air. It was quite uncomfortable at times. |

The crown plaza paris republique is so central with the metro right outside the hotel. We did not like the air conditioning not working and when we opened our window the noise from the square was deafening. The Sri Lankan protest was going on and was very loud and very late as we had 2 young children with us it was impossible to rest. The hotel did change our room to the back which was perfect. |

Quiet room ,convenient location reasonable tariff Front room subject to high noise level due to demonstration in park opposite. This was rectified by moving to a room at the rear of the hotel. The staff were very helpful in organising this. |

Got upgraded to an executive suite, which, taking into account a really cheap early booking rate, was a sweet deal. The rooms with windows to the courtyard are pleasently quiet. Pidgeon guano on the windows. |
