Nice room, nice hotel, nice breakfast. They forgot to activate my key card - all I got was "sorry". But hey, it is French. |

We had some problems on the first night with our room allocation - initially put into a smoking room and the second room had an awful continuous mechanical noise all night but we were moved the next morning to a lovely room on the top floor which made all the difference to our experience. |

The room is considerable spacious and clean. The family room located toward the end of the building, so have to walk long distance before we reached the room. The room is located on the roof floor, so the view is limited / no view at all. |

Excellent location very very close to a metro station with 4 lines. Clean and modern room. Very good breakfast. A little bit expensive but without unpleasant surprises, all what was promised in the description was fulfilled. The bargain on arrival on the room and its location. |

My Husband and i enjoyed 3 nights at this Hotel and found it to be central for things that we wanted to do. The only thing i can say that we did not enjoy about this hotel was breakfast was being charged at 25 euros per person, way to expensive!!!!!! |

Perfect location, nice clean hotel within the old building but modern decor and ameneties inside, close to the metro and main city attractions but not too close, food store located near by if you dont want to pay high prices at the restaurants, however many reasonable (for paris) nearby. Locating a nice place in Paris and budget is difficult if you do not want any uncomfortable suprises I highly recommend this one. Maybe I am easily pleased but I did not dislike anything about this hotel. |

Good location. Great room. Price was too expensive for the hotel. Service at the restaurant was very slow and disorganised (it was mentinoned to the maitre-D). |

The Reception & Baggage handlers were polite, cheerful and efficient. It was a pity that the Cleaners did not come in the morning so when we returned to our room in the afternoon nothing was done. Beds were very comfy and as we had a Family Room there was plenty of space. |

Convenience. It's very close to two subway stops as well as convenience stores, some eating establishments and couple of western fast food chains. Great for the kids on certain days! The upgrade to Club room along with Club Lounge and breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very much appreciated and very good value. Had a mixup with our booking (not hotel's fault) and duty manager was very helpful in resolving the issue very quickly. It was summer and air conditioning wasn't working well; room was warm at 25-26 celsius. Had to followup several times with front desk and duty manager but still unresolved next day until on the fourth followup, one particular duty manager dealt with the issue and we got slightly better cooling. Still had to remove duvet blankets to make it bearable. Always short on towels as they kept giving us 3 bath towels even though we were registered for four. No followup from desk staff even though they recorded each of the complaints. Calls to front desk were often not picked up. Request made to housekeeping was not completed. PC Printer in the Club Lounge never worked during our stay. Didn't quite like the separate toilet from the shower/bath. |

Recently modernised room was clean and contained all the facilities you would expect from a Crowne Plaza hotel. Great breakfast Did not have much of a view from the room but that was only a minor point. |

was very near the metro and round the corner had very good lebanese restaurants. Also have a macdonalds across the road - good for kids who eat nothing else!! the room did not allow another spare bed to be put in, even though it stated that one could be ordered on the webpage |

I felt the hotel's room was big and so were the toliets and that was really comfortable. The hotels service was poor. I was not provided with any hot kettle to have tea but was served later on. The breakfast was half the price but was not worth having it. The TV was not working properly. No good view from my hotel room. |

I had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza, it's loacated relatively centrally next to the metro in a safe, pleasant area. The hotell and it's staff reaches well over paris standards compared to every other parisian hotell I've stayed in. Good Value - Good service. I will definitely book my next stay in paris at this hotel, truly recommended! There ought to be a free Wifi internet connection available for the guests, this is 2009... The hotel charges EUR 7 / hour but there's a hot spot with free internet connection at Mc Donalds across the street though. Otherwise - no complaints at all, the hotel is great. |
