The location was very handy to the tram, to reach the heart of Florence city and provided free easy access car-parking. The rooms were surprisingly extra large as was the bed and had good size bathrooms. Also had a lounge sitting area within the room. Wifi was free in reception/lounge area and worked well. The breakfast was a hot buffet and continental - it could have been refreshed a little more - though was satisfactory with choice of cereal and breads, yoghurt's as well as hot food. Hotel was very accommodating with a late checkout as we had late flights - thank you!

room was extremely hot and could not be cooled Plumbing in the bathroom was broken as was the air conditioner.

My stay was pleasurable and professional. Hotel staff and services were polite, professional and helpful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable. The location is 3 tram stops away from the cathedral area and you can buy tram tickets at the hotel.

There is no plug in the bathroom (razor only), the room was much too hot, and it's a bit on the expensive side (breakfast not included and is 19 eur per person).

Very good parking and easy access to either the city cathederal etc which is great at night or the autoroute system. Parking in Strasbourg is an issue and this hotel offers ample parking and a decent walk or short tram ride to the city centre with large well appointed rooms.

The hotel facilities were fantastic. After a long drive we all went swimming and used the sauna, steam room. the children loved it, no problem with children using the facilities. (aged 5 and 10)

The hotel was very clean, comforatble, and the staff friendly. I liked the location of the hotel because it wasn't right in the middle of the city and it had the train station so close, it was very convenient.

The hotel restaurant was expensive but it was very good. And don't bother going to the pub down the street they Do Not serve food. So there are not many choices when it comes to eating nearby.

We had a standard, good sized, clean and comfortable room in this late 1990s built hotel for a 1 night stay. It's away from the old, tourist part of town. It's at the convention centre. The tram from nearby to the centre of town or the European parliament was cheap and efficient - day tickets from reception. The location suits those tourists with a car - free and easy parking.

We thought we had control of the a/c but no matter what temperature we chose (in summer) the room stayed at 24 degrees - window closed. So we opened the window and luckily it's a relatively quiet area at the back of the hotel.

We loved the 2mx2m bed in the king size room! Excellent matress and very comfy pillows. Food good and affordable. Would sleep there again!
