The rooms were large, confortable and well decorated, the bathroom was luxurious and staff at were very kind. Car parking was available at no cost. Nothing to fault expect the breakfast/brunch on the 1st of January was a bit impersonal, good variety but average quality of food.

Easy to take the tram to city centre, reception sells tickets. Parking was free and adbundant. Breakfast is 19euro per adult, way too much. Internet in the room is not free. The carpet in the room was not particularly clean.

great parking facility, high-speed internet of good quality which is worth the price we paid for. there could have been more stuffs provided for in the room for greater comfort, such as slippers and bath robe (without having to pay extra money for them, since it is supposed to be a 4-star and these should have been provided free of charge anyway)

We wereupgrated .The rate also included the breakfast. At that time of the year with the Xmas market room rate was quite fair compared to other hotels Safe was missing in the room shower curtain is a bit old fashioned

Location, facilities, staff A call from housekeeping in the middle of our baby's nap to confirm that the "do not disturb" sign meant we really didn't want to be disturbed. They woke the baby and still didn't clean the room when they promised.

The hotel was very clean and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable. The location is 3 tram stops away from the cathedral area and you can buy tram tickets at the hotel. There is no plug in the bathroom (razor only), the room was much too hot, and it's a bit on the expensive side (breakfast not included and is 19 eur per person).

Very good parking and easy access to either the city cathederal etc which is great at night or the autoroute system. Parking in Strasbourg is an issue and this hotel offers ample parking and a decent walk or short tram ride to the city centre with large well appointed rooms.

Staff are great. In France I've rarely seen such nice people at the front desk. This hotel is ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast and Internet access are not included, the rooms are noisy and you can't even get any fresh air inside because of the heavy traffic all around.

The hotel facilities were fantastic. After a long drive we all went swimming and used the sauna, steam room. the children loved it, no problem with children using the facilities. (aged 5 and 10)

Need fans in the rooms or quit pre settIng the thermostat Breakfast is very overpriced When I order coffee from room service I should be charged for a pot Of coffee not buffet for 2 people My coffee for two in my room cost me 38 euros which is stupid!!!! Skip the breakfast

The hotel was very clean, comforatble, and the staff friendly. The hotel restaurant was expensive but it was very good. And don't bother going to the pub down the street they Do Not serve food. So there are not many choices when it comes to eating nearby.

Good service, nice room with a view. Price versus quality is in balance. You can make coffee and thea in your room. For the children the swimming pool was great. That the price is inot included with breakfast and internet. The swimmingpool could be cleaned more.
