The rooms are very spacious very nice and comfortable. Their is a gym and pool area with sauna very apropriate. Overall its a pleasent stay it surpassed my expectations. |

There is a wide parking area in the site of the hotel. The inside of the hotel is very clean. The indoor pool had an appropriate warm water and could be used until 10:30 pm. A restaurant staff in the hotel kindly made a baby food warm by a micro-oven according to our request. Breakfast (19 euro per person) is expensive. I would suggest that an option in which the cost of breakfast is included in each room price should be considered. |

the king size beds were nice and the room size. It was conveniently located between the European institutions and the centre of town , with excellent tram links to both. Breakfast was expensive at 19 euro |

It is close to the European Parliament, which is very convenient. Besides, time to/from the airport is merely 15 minutes. |

Location was good. Staff were helpfull but not always efficient. Parking was ample and at no extra charge. Facilities in the room were not of the usual standard. The lighting in the bathroom especially needs to be improved. Priority card platinum ambassador service was not provided initially. |

Staff was very accommodating regarding a mixup with our booking. Hotel is very conveniently located on a tram stop for down town sites. Would have preferred a breakfast be included in the price. 16 Euro/person for breakfast was way too much money. |

Great service, clean rooms, and wonderful pool, hammam, and sauna. Decent fitness center (stationary bikes). The breakfast buffet is outrageously expensive (19 euros). We lost valuable time looking for an alternative, especially as our 6 year old would have had to have paid the same price. |

The Holiday Inn are a v good chain and this hotel is no exception, very well locatd near a tram stop or a leisurely 20min stroll into the centre. Staff pleasant and excellent value for money. Nice if breakfast included in price. |

Good quality hotel at a reasonable price. Ideal location for a break on the trip from Breda to Lago Maggiore (Italy). Price / quality of restaurant is under par. Rather bland food at cuisine prices. |
