Friendly stuff, provide useful information about the attraction nearby. Comfortable room. Too far from town. Can access to famous places with metro but need to change other metro lines. |

The cusotmer service in the hotel is below any standard. The staff are incompetent and very rude. I was personally offended. If you are wishing for a nice, stress free city break, don't use this hotel!! |

la localisation, à 50 mètres de la station de métro ; la chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses ; la possibilité de prendre possession de ma chambre une heure avant l'horaire pour pouvoir poser mes bagages peut être l'aspect un peu "vieillot" de la salle de bain, et de la chambre en général. |

Les lits étaient particulièrement étroit ! Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner n'est pas bon, beaucoup top cher pour ce que nous avons eu. Le contrôle de la validité de ma carte de crédit a amené des problèmes :e-mail de refus de réservation puis ok. |

Sopivan pieni. Ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ei varsinaisesti kielteistä. Aamiaisen ruokavaliosta puuttuu meille pohjoismaalaisille tuttuja ruokia mutta ruoka oli kyllä hyvää. |

Hotel sossegado e central. Muito perto do metro. Bom isolamento acustico. A luz no quarto é algo insuficiente. A janela da casa de banho deveria ter uma cortina.... apesar de ser em vidro opaco parece que expõe demasiado quando se toma banho |
