Desk staff was courteous and friendly. This is a tourist hotel which seems most convenient for tour groups with buses. Public parking is very limited and - when not blocked by a tour bus - the private parking deck might be seen as expensive. |

I have stayed at many Holiday Inns over the years - this was the best in many ways - welcome, staff friendliness, breakfast, parking etc. |

Acces,chambre famille,parking à l'arrivee des groupes de jeunes et un mariage de ce fait la terrasse de l'hotel n'etait pas tres propre,mais le personnel present a gere la situation |

Il parcheggio dell'auto era incluso nel prezzo e l'hotel era fornito di ampio garage interno (ricordatevi di chiedere alla reception, perche' altrimenti loro nemmeno ve lo dicono che esiste il parcheggio)... La camera era una quadrupla con due letti matrimoniali ed era sufficientemente spaziosa anche se non c'erano divisori tra I due letti.. Ma viaggiando con I bambini va bene anche cosi'. La colazione non e' inclusa nel prezzo e costa l'ira di dio... Da evitare assolutamente... Con quei soldi ci si pranza in due al ristorante... - si parla di personale multilingue compreso l'italiano... C'e' solo una persona alla reception che prova a parlare italiano, ma se per disgrazia non e' di turno lui, se non sapete bene il francese o l'inglese, preparatevi a parlare a gesti e disegnini.. |

l'hotel ne m'a pas averti d'une réception très bruyante et m'a logé dans une chambre juste au dessus de le réception, à 2H du matin il a fallu que je demande à changer de chambre, en raison du bruit. La musique ne s'arretant que vers 5H du matin. L'hotel n'a pas fait le transfert si je ne lui avait pas demandé. C'est inadmissible. Etant donné qu'il y avait des chambres beaucoup plus loin sans brui |
