Location. Reception staff excellent and room comfortable Entrance hard to find and unattractive exterior. 3rd. Floor corridoor and room were too hot and air con. did not work. Loo seat would not stay up, fought with shower curtain and loo difficult to flush. Breakfast service non existent, no meet and greet, clearing of tables. no offer of alternative egg dishes, no Flora or low fat alternative to butter and staff on duty disinterested. Breakfast choices otherwise good |

That it was close to the ferry to Dover Room in two flors, noisy aircondition, staircase better marked as an alternativ to the lift. One of the bedroom's lamp destroyed. Door difficult to lock. |

We stayed at The Holiday Inn, Calais overnight on route both to and from our holiday destination in the Massif Central, France. The Holiday Inn suited us very well as they were happy for us to have our dog with us. The room was comfortable and well equipped although some of the bathroom fittings are beginning to look a little tired. It would have suited us if the breakfast service started a bit earlier. We had to miss out in order to get our channel crossing. |

The room was very comfortable and bright, also the hotel was very clean. The food was nice both breakfast and dinner. It was a good value because kids were free to eat dinner under the age of 13yrs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay with my two kids. |

The hotel was only few minutes away from port of Calais very easy to locate. Many shops and resturants close to the hotel including 24 hrs fast food shop. well, I wasn't fully satisfied with the reception staff specifically during my departure. Hotel swipe card failed to work after a long drive from Paris luckly there was a staff at the reception to resolved the issue. |

Receptionist when we booked in was very helpful and the staff at breakfast pleasant and attentive. There was a smell in our room which was not overpowering but noticeable. The toilet did not have enough pressure to flush well. |

the location from the ferry was great. small elevator for a wheelchair and only one bed was in the handicap accessible room so the three of us needed to take a regular room with two full beds. |

The staff were polite and very helpful. The basin in the bathroom was blocked and once I called the reception, one of their staff attended the job within minutes. We only stayed one night and the breakfast was excellent. |
