Holiday Inn Paris Montmartre  

My overall stay was excellent. Nice friendly helpful staff and the room was very clean. Probably the best Holiday Inn I have stayed in.

Everything was great!

The staff were extremely helpful. At first we thought it was only the first guy (Ludovic) but then it turned out that everybody was as hospitable as him! They are kind, fun, helpful and they all understand what service means.

Bathroom ventilation didn't work and there were a few other broken parts in the room. But small things really.

Staff was quite helpfull and friendly. Especially thanks to Carlo. They also accepted our luggage for 6-7 hours in their luggage room. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. In general, our experience was ok but it's quite difficult how this hotel is 4-star hotel.

Room was smaller than expected. Some items were not working properly like flush in the toilet. We had to call reception to close the window! Because it didn't have handle. After receptionist closed it, we were not able to open it ourselves, this was not a problem for us since we didn't need to open it, but this might be problem if you go there during the summer. The room didn't have locker but advertised in the room descriptions. Room didn't have any drawer. In general, our experience was ok but it's quite difficult how this hotel is 4-star hotel.

Handy for the Mont Mar / Sacre-Coeur & Surrounds. Local restaurants good choice within 10min walk

View from window not great. We did not breakfastin Hotel, I thought a bit expensive. Locally 7.50 euros. Hotel should be around 10 euros to stop us going out for breakfast

Staff who were eager to help find local attractions, arrange transport and to resolve any issues with room. Good room cleaning service. Location - close to all Montmarte attractions, metro, rail.

Room climate control needs work (but didn't seriously affect our stay) Bathroom was acceptable, but could stand renovation.

The area was perfect, not far from metro, bus. The staff is very friendly, every day cleaning. I do will recommend it for others and I would like to be there again.Thanks.

Absolutely everything was above and beyond expectation! The staff were so pleasant and helpful, the service was impeccable, the attention to detail with regard to the room facilities (for example a choice of pillows). I was most impressed with the comfort and atmosphere of the Holiday Inn and its location was great for visiting Montmartre in particular, the metro station was a little of a hike but nothing too strenuous but this meant that the hotel could be situated on a quiet suburban street, far from the madding crowd as so to speak. I would highly recommend this hotel, in particular due to the friendliness of the staff.

Su localización , por el antecedente artistico y sobre todo el Sacre Cord, bello , hermoso.

Los taxis,fuimos testigos del maltrato de un taxista a una turista. El hotel no corresponde a 4 estrellas comparativo con España.

Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt område nära till Sacre Coeur o Metro. Serviceinriktad personal - Alla talade engelska. Bra standard på frukosten.

Carlo i receptionen var meget hjælpsom.

Bijzonder prettige en hartelijke ontvangst. Uitgebreide aandacht voor beantwoorden van vragen over toeristische tips. 24 uur is receptie bemand. Mooie kamer. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Al met al uitstekend hotel op een superlocatie vlakbij MontMartre.

Frühstück, v.a. hinsichtlich des Personals ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe! Besser im Bistro ums Eck frühstücken, das ist billiger und man muss nicht Instantkaffe trinken und 17mal nachfragen, bis z.B. heißes Wasser etc. kommt.

El personal muy atento a algunos problemas de mantenimiento que tenía el hotel que fueron solucionados con amabilidad.

Fallas de mantenimiento del hotel me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación dos veces.

Grosses Bad, ruhige Lage zum Innenhof, suuuuuuper Betten (ultrabreit, tolle Matratze), sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Empfangspersonal und nur 7-8 Min. Fussweg zur nächsten Metro-Station.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für das Frühstück .... 15 Euro ist viel zu teuer. Getränke wie bspw. Cafe Crema gibts nur einmal ohne Nachfüllen. Kaum frische Sachen, alles abgepackt - man fabriziert Berge von Verpackungsmüll. Zum Glück gibts in der Umgebung genug Boulangerien und Patisserien.

Mkt bra läge i Montmarte samtidigt på ett bekvämt avstånd från turistgatorna. Lugnt område med mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal som dessutom talar engelska utan några som helst problem. Var verkligen angelägna om oss som gäster

Frukosten var inte prisvärd. Den var ok för att vara internationell men priset var definitvt för högt.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gute Service, wobei wir insbesondere Maxime für seine äußerst hilfsbereite Art loben möchten, und die gute Lage, zumal die wesentliche Infrastruktur (wie insbesondere die Metro) innerhalb kürzester Zeit einfach zu erreichen ist.
