The very friendly staff, the lay out of the rooms and the cleaness of not only the rooms but the whole hotel and pool area. A verey good place to stay in Cannes. |

I liked that it was not an overly busy hotel ...you get your own privacy...i love the pool area...an the location 30 seconds from beach...staff were great very nice and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay here which was great as i'm very picky and always a bit aprehensivee when booking hotels I am definitely coming back. The internet was broken for the whole 7 days we stayed there and still hadn't been fixed when we were leaving.....one of reasons for booking was the internet access...we had to walk for 20 minutes everytime we needed it. Also the only tv channels were french and the english pay tv was broken also....they should have at least basic english channels also. If these 2 problems were fixed it would be the perfect hotel as everything else is positive. These are minor things tho all in all hotel was great definitely go back |

Location: excellent, same street with Martinez, extremely close to La Croisette and beaches. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Shape of the room was weird. There was plenty of space, but badly utilized, you had to jump over the bed to reach the armchair, minibar door and wardrobe could only be half opened, but 10 square meter was just empty in the entrance. The bed was another story, it was made double with some kind of supplement, however the main bed was so hard that I was pleased for the supplement. Internet was not working for the 3 days we were there. The car park is horrible if you have a sedan car. Pool was very small, though it shouldn't be a decision variable as the beaches are very close. There was no information booklet in our room, so you had to really try to figure out how to call reception. |

In the hotel the all kind of communications are not working,(telephone,internet) I will not advise the businesspeople stay there. |

Very good location, new and comfortable furneture, comfortable beds, enough strong A/C, good equipment of the rooms - flat TV screens, stereo. When I made a choice of the hotel, I saw everywhere terraces & big balconies. In reality I was offered to pay 20% more to get accomodation with terrace, even it was Superior & Previlege suites. On photos I see fridge & washing machine. You accordingly start thinking that kitchen is included. But it is closed & you should pay 20 euro/day more to get possibility to use it. The rest is perfect & we really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel. |

garage privato dell'hotel a soli euro 15 al giorno, comfort della camera e staff cordiale il prezzo della colazione secondo noi e' eccessivo (euro19/21). La moquette nel corridoio del quarto piano e' macchiata ed emana un'odore sgradevole. |

Bon emplacement à 200 mètres des plages, gentillesse et accueil parfait des jeunes réceptionnistes Aurélien et Emilie, chaine hi-fi sony avec lecteur cd dans toutes les suites, piscine et joli petit jardin autour de la piscine, mini-bar, bel écran lcd, joli sdb...= Prestations standardisées mais un hôtel très fonctionnel : a réserver pour affaires ou séjours entre groupe d'amis idéal avec les chambres communicantes. Déco contemporaine mais un peu standardisée pas trop d'originalité La moquette desservant les chambres est tachée et très sale : indigne d'un établissement 4 étoiles, sinon le reste est neuf et propre.Le prix du petit-déj à 21 euros/personne est dissuasif...on déjeune pour moins cher dans le quartier très commercant et avec nombreux cafés secteur Croisette et rue d'Antibes (à 50 mètres). |

Близкое расположение отеля к Круазету,наличие своего бассейна,неплохие интерьеры отеля. Я бы хотел,что бы ручку на калитке входа на территорию бассейна сделали более удобно т.е. с двух сторон(???).Так же нет штатного бармена и приходиться просить из кого то из ресепции а это неудобно.По моему до четырех звезд чуть недотягивает,хотя во многом это компенсируется удобным расположением. |

La situacion del hotel, el recepcionista de la tarde era un chico muy simpatico y atento. El confort de las habitaciones. Cuando llegamos la cama supletoria no estaba preparada. Al dia siguiente nos faltaban toallas y amenities y tuvimos que pedirlos en recepción. |

pas grand chose, la propreté des chambres et de la piscine était trés moyenne, les récéptionnistes vraiment aucune amabilité trés hautains les réceptionnistes de jour comme de nuit nous nous sommes accroché avec l'une lors de notre départ, aucune amabilité |
