air conditioning did not work

Peeling paint on the walls, sliding doors of the dresser that don't slide, damaged floor, cracked mirror in the bathroom, stains on carpet in the corridor, black spots on silicone in bath tub, an open bottle of water was still standing on the nightdesk from the previous client (or the cleaning personnel)

Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The train station (RER straight in to the attractions) is right across the road. There are several cafes and a Hippo (fairly decent and well priced French restaurant chain) in walking distance - as is a Monoprix supermarket There is a bar next door with half price drinks 17:00 - 20:00 but it closes at midnight

Breakfast is overpriced, There are no facilities other than the room. View is uninspiring

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 30 seconds from the rer station (Bibliotheque) and just 2,3,4 and 5 stations from main city milestones to visit (no connections): Notre Dame, Louvre, Orsy and Eiffel tower.

No WiFi access in the rooms, though you can have free WiFi in the lobby

- Smell of sewage, despite heavy use of deodorizer by hotel staff - chronic problems with the booking system: I received the key of a room that was still occupied and at the check-out it appeared that somebody had ordered breakfast with my room number :-( - confused staff unable to process the bookings.org booking details - unnecessary check-in procedure steps, asking for unnecessary details that one has already provided by making the booking through the site - no proper WiFi, unless one puts up with an incomprehensible questionnaire before getting (erratic) access

the rooms are clean, nice and the hotel is near the metro and the Rer and the area is very quiet.

The rooms are rather small if you want to have a meal.

Very helpful front desk executives. They guided as well in how to go about local sight seeing, arranging taxi service etc. Rooms and toilets are clean and the kitchenette is very convenient as we could cook foods on our own choice. Metro, tram and supermarkets are close which helped us lot. The seine river is just 50 meter walk distance. A small evening walk around river seine is a lovely experience. My baby enjoyed the stay.

The room was too small, condition-air didn't work and I was very cold (and it's in winter time), there was no hot water.

Clean room, coffee machine in the bedroom, price ok for Paris

Staff not that welcoming, breakfast very expensive, its better to go to the Monoprix next door and keep the food in the fridge. Very hot during the night even in winter, hard to sleep with that temperature. They didn't tell us that it would be 10 euros per night for the dog, charged only when checking out (without prior notice) even thoug the room had been paid in advance

At least we had a balcony with quite a nice view

The receptionist receiving us was very rude in her wording It's very expensive for such a room (small, quite far from metro, no breakfast and no parking) The bed was really small, certainly not enough for two people; I myself am not really big, 170 m and 55 kg while my friend is 195 and 100 kg. The Internet in the room didn't work at first and when the IT guy came to check, he couldn't help us at all. But fortunately one of us is an IT guy himself so our friend instructed him what to do. What an unknowledgable staff! The wifi in the lobby didn't work properly The bathtub wasn't properly shielded, so after a few seconds showering, the floor was immediately wet There was a kitchenette but there was no regular coffee or tea served, only nespresso The parking lot was very expensive (€20/night) and the receptionist couldn't even explain it to us how to get there as she didn't have any sense of direction whatsoever! The room is smaller than what's advertised! We booked a classic suite for 20 m2 (advertised) but what we got was only 18 m2. Beware people, don't get trapped! Many people also said the same thing when I was booking but I didn't realise that it could be this affecting. In sum, it's not that the hotel is bad (it's quite ok), but what made it a disappointing experience was because it didn't deliver what it had promised us at all (the information on the web is very very misleading), and that's extremely annoying, especially because we're all very strict people when it comes to promises and execution.

The Rude Staff. Broken Room and tiles. Very Small room. False promises by Staff. Very bad customer Service. Will never go to any Park and Suites ever.

The staff where very friendly and pleasant to deal with, they spoke English very well and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The hotel in general looked lovely and clean and our room was very well presented. All in a great stay and highly recommended to anyone

It would have been nice if there was perhaps room service or at least the facility to buy juice sweets etc

I know this hotel from my colleage in Paris. And this hotel is near with the train station. Hotel facilities like an apartment.

quite a bit long time given when i come to registered as a guest, and also when I did a check out and waiting for the formal printed invoice.

Comfortable room with kitchenette, near metro & RER

Extremely good value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and had a microwave.

There were some minor damages in the rooms, like some chipped corners, but nothing big.

The Internet in our room didn't work, and because it was a weekend, no one was there who could fix it.

Location was good and area was quiet.

Bed bugs. Had to pay for coffee in room. At this price coffee should be included. The suite was far to small to be called a suite. You had to sit on the bed to eat.
