Good metro location, good parking. Smelly bathroom, poor interior (broken doors etc.) Junior suite not clean, original price too high so that you tend to believe the booking.com offer is exceptional.

This is a hotel, I will never go back again. Bad staff services. The staff said they don't care about the booking.com rating or customer commends.

One receptionist - Gabriella was exceptionally helpful & friendly. Have contacted hotel directly to complain about insolence of one receptionist - Jean Marc Tourin. Got reply over 2 weeks later thanking me for my feedback. This man used obscene language in a very personal fashion - the least I expected in response was an apology, but did not happen.

Staff were very helpful and gave excellent advice. We were concerned that our lack of French language skills might be a problem but all front counter staff had excellent English and did everything to make us feel welcome. The wifi for i-phones was only available in the reception area, not in our room.

Good place to stay. Clean and just outside the city center. Quiet, yet there are plenty of restaurants and shops.

The location is good, near subway and train stations. Many buses near by. Easy access to peripherique. This is a fact: Hotel telephones are out of service during our stay. Staff forgot our wake-up call.

Complimentary espresso machine in the room Rooms are too small for two, even no space to open your luggage. No wireless in the room, far away from city centre nothing special around that commercial area, parking is problem, not worth that money (had no other choice si ce no hotel was available at that time) wouls definetely prefer tO stay in a two star hotel in city centre like ibis which' room is more spacious then here

Good location next to rer station. Our classic suite was small but clean and comfortable with balcony. We also like the fact that there are smoking rooms. We had 2 capsules for Nespresso machine only for the first day, so we had to buy some for the next 3 days.

short working distance to our subsidiary. good choice of small bistros and cafès close by. clean rooms, friendly staff no stable internet connection is the rooms, breakfast is not included and a total price for room+breakfast is very expensive, especially as there are several cheaper options around in cafés.

Location near metro. Room was filthy. Stains on the curtains, had to ask for enough clean towels every day, staff is not friendly, hallways have dirt on carpets and walls. No restaurant. Housekeeping did not refill coffee packets or clean glasses. Did not wipe down desk and counters. We can live with a small room, but not a dirty one.

I liked the kitchnette, the staff that spoke english was great and very helpful. I also liked the close proximity to the metro. I didn't like that there wasn't wifi in the rooms. That was the biggest inconvenience of the hotel.

This is really an apartment hotel with cooking facilities in the rooms depending on room size.Very comfortable room.Staff were great- I got moved twice.First I was told I was upgraded to a suite, but it had smallish single beds and my back was sore so they changed me to a room again but that smelt of floor polish(a spillage I think) and after an hour I asked to be moved again. No problem- they were very obliging. Only a breakfast dining room and no other facilities.Breakfast was expensive but there are nearby cafes.Location is not super central but near a metro station.I Would recommend it if you dont need big hotel facilities or are a family that wants to self cater.

Nothing, to be honest. That is, not considering the price they charge. The room was appallingly small. A room in an Ibis hotel is larger. Although I asked o one bed for 2 persons and specifically asked not to give me 2 separate beds, I did get the latter. Due to the nearby ring road (‘périférique’) it is very noisy with the window/balcony door open. Due to a construction site across the road it became even noisier after 7 AM. Housekeeping is very sloppy. Upon returning to the hotel on the evening of our second day, the room had not been touched by housekeeping. When I asked for new towels, we were supplied with two tiny towels. The reason: not more towels available. Other issues that raise questions: Why provide guests with only 2 Magimix capsules for 2 persons for 4 days and 1 tea bag for 2 persons for 4 days. Why not provide guests with a new supply of amenities, new toilet paper and sufficient towels. The floor was very dirty and left indefinable and persistent marks on the sole of your feet. Given the distance of the hotel to the centre of town, the size of the room and the insufficient service, the price charged for the Classical Suite is completely over the top – even with a discount.

Internet connection issue and the reception was unable to provide proper following up to help us solving this issue. Double bed was poorly put together and tend to separate into 2 single beds during our sleep. Lacking of directory guide in our room. We were unable to find proper number to dial for reception during our stay. A small booklet by the bed side with list of internal numbers would be helpful.

Just the Location. The luck of information about everything, the condition of the mini- apartment, the ineficiency of the staff, the expensive price for parking and the expensive price for a continental breakfast.

Our room reminds us of one of a Tokyo hotel , small but with a perfect layout, a good tv & a Nespresso machine. Location is very convenient, rer, Metro and Monop. The staff is nice. Very quiet, no problem with the noise in the morning . I would recommend it. I didn't like the double twin bed. A queen bed would have been more comfortable.

Safe in the room free internet at looby, room is well cleaned Just that the room is small (as usual for Paris, but I expecte to be larger depends on the hotel location) the internet inside the room was not prepared and not working

Very quiet area, ideal if you want to get away from central paris. Also on the very speedy 14 line so perfect for anyone grabbing an early train from gare de lyon. Clean room. The worst thing about the hotel room was the extremely strong and pervasive mildew smell. It felt like the room hadn't been opened or aired out for months! The smell was still there in the morning, just stepping into the bathroom was enough to make us gag. The second terrible thing is the service. We waited at least 30mn to check in because there was only one person there at the reception desk. Receptionist was polite but not nearly close to a 4 star standard this hotel claims to be. Door to the room was extremely difficult to open- we had to ram it in with our full weight to get it open. This was confirmed by the night receptioni st who had to open it for us because it was so stuck. Do not pay the asking price for this hotel! Our room goes for 400 eur but we paid 120 eur - I wouldn't pay a cent extra.
