close to the Metro /RER station. Supermarket is close to the hotel. Kitchen w/ dish-washer was available, so we could cook a small thing for breakfast, which was very convinient who has baby in the family. Double door between the hallway and the room, so we could hear anyting from neighbor. air condition is not adjustable. (temperature). someone came into our room when we were making ourself at home. Why!?!? could they open the door with their card key!?, I wonder. Are the card keys all the same????? Very bad for the security reason. |

Clean room. The location is very good, if you want to move around with the train (M14 & PER C lines station is close to the hotel). A hanger or row of hangers must be planted straightway, cause there is no place you can leave your clothes (jacket, trouser etc). The telephone didn't work propertly (since it is an ip phone, I think it needs reprogramming). The lounge bar should be open, since there aren't any bars near the hotel (just american style food bars). The price for breakfast/person is too expensive. |

Suite was great space for family on weekend break; convenient to have ability to safely park car and use public transport; good location if you don't mind some walking. Staff appeared to be employed for the weekend only; requests for service were treated as an inconvenience; offered very little informed advice about this area of Paris. |

Unfortunately when we arrived, the type of room (privilege suite )we'd booked was not available - we were put into two different rooms. We felt this was unacceptable as we had chosen this hotel because it could accommodate a family of 4. We spent the first night in this kind of room, before they found a privilege suite to accommodate us. We were not offered any compensation for this change. Hotel staff were very helpful however and the hotel was exceptionally clean. |

Coffe offered in the room nespresso, good point Reception staff. First my booking never reach the hotel and I lost a lot of time proving it, your mistake and as you know I am a very regular guest to booking.com. After I had to go with the receptionist checking any possible cleam room with my wife!!!! / receptionist was nerver at reception busy with his mobile phone not responding to calls at reception I had to go down and I was caling with my cell phone as nothing to indicate in the room the number to dial, at the end I did not get a bill but just a piece of paper note with a stamp ???? nothing in the room indicate whith number to dial to reach reception , well tipically French nice hotel poor investment in professional staff...... Day was 24/25 I claim for this stay / not acceptable.. |

It's a great location for those who travel with the metro and train (rer), every main attraction is easy to access. The hotel room is small but well equipped, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets and tiny kitchen with microwave, water heater, plates and cups and even a tiny dishwasher. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel next time I go to Paris. |

Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Decent "American-style" restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds and enough elevators to get to your rooms in a timely manner. Rooms were very cramped and the location was not "Parisian" with no local flavor. Taxi drivers had no idea where to go for this Hotel. Too far from shopping and normal sightseeing - though the Metro and busses were close-by. |

A nice completly new hotel in a Business Area in Paris. The rooms are small but you have place enought to place all you have. The posibility to use a cafe machine, fridge and dishwascher is great. The staff was really freandy and speak more than french! If you take your car with the garage is ok. Kind of far from Paris Center and bit complicated to travel with the ces. Metro bring you only to Piramide (between Lovre and Opéra) if you want to make sightseen is quite dificult. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in very early which was greatly appreciated, and on the day of our departure, the hotel kept our luggage secure for the rest of the day. The room was a decent size for Paris, very clean and new. Nice bedding, TV and kitchenette. Close to the metro too. The only minor thing I did not like was the layout of the bathroom. It was very awkward to get to the toilet with the door opening towards it. But not a big deal. |
