The staff was excellent. Very friendly. They really took care of the guests and the hotel as if it were their own home. Rare to find that level of engagement and professionalism. I really recommend this place.

The beds are hard. This is the lowest level I can sleep on. I tried this hotel because a nearby hotel is so hard I woke in the middle of the night. You can not find this location without a GPS. At €16, the hotel breakfast is not worth it. Nearby are alternatives.

Kidness of the recepcionist and the junior suites for 4 people, very comfortable

Access to town centre is hard,park&suites have a bus they could use to drop off!!!!!!

Apparently I had an Internet deal which meant that the room was not tidied for a week - ok apart from the fact that they expect 3 small towels to last for a week, not what I expect for nearly 150€ per night. WiFi would only allow connection of 1 device - so phone and laptop not possible

Noisy bypass would have preferred a room on the quiet side

We stayed here on transit to Spain and would recommend the Hotel to anyone. Excellent suite for 4 people with all facilities.

We were very satisfy, we spent there night before our flight back home at the end of our holiday and the hotel made us not so sad with the end of our holiday.

We were 3 friends staying in Toulouse before our flight the following day. We required a hotel close to the airport, reasonably priced and in good condition - the Park & Suites ticked all these boxes. The hotel is 15 mins from the centre of Toulouse with a transfer shuttle available on request. The rooms were very comfortable - as small as you would expect for a business hotel - and came with sufficient facilities. After reading other reviews we requested a room on the opposite side of the building to the main road - a request which they obliged. Tried the 'Pacific' restaurant across the road, the food was good and staff friendly. Would recommend staying here.

Very comfortable bed & good pillows; well laid-out suite that accommodated the 3 of us nicely. Only minutes from the Toulouse airport.

No convenient place to put a suitcase - it had to be on the floor. Would have preferred a dresser or luggage stand.

All in normal rate . Can't say excellent, but in good standarts.

Cleaning the room only one time in four days , i thing it's not good way.

Very good service from staff. Friendly and willing to help. Very comfortable rooms, spacy and clean with good TV's (two : one in bedroom and one in living room) Own indoor swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet. Free of use business facilities like printers etc. !

If you happen to have room on the highway side of the hotel you may find it too noisy to open the window for fresh air. With closed windows there is no noise and the airconditioning is functioning well !

Le grand confort d'une suite avec kitchenette ergonomique et bien équipée (frigo, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle), excellente literie, douche italienne à jets, piscine, jacuzzi et sauna. La localisation géographique est aussi excellente.

On sent à une série de petits détails que le management tire sur la corde en réduisant trop les coûts de personnel pour la supervision et la maintenance (liseuse défectueuse, porte de douche désaxée, batterie de cuisine incomplète, nécessité de demander à la réception pour activer le sauna et le hammam, piscine trop froide le dimanche matin...). Le ménage n'a été fait qu'une fois sur 3 jours, il semble qu'il y ait deux niveaux de service (hôtelier et résidentiel) mais cela n'apparaît pas clairement sur le site de Booking au moment de la réservation.

Chambre, spa

La taille de la chambre, l'équipement, la navette aéroport, les renseignements compétents d'une personne de l'accueil, la propreté, les personnes qui font le petits déjeuné le matin. Conclusion : un belle hôtel, mais étonné de voir qu'il a 4 étoiles

Le bruit, les longueurs d'attente pour avoir une consommation au bar (25 mn à chaque fois), manque de personnel : la personne de l'accueil fait aussi le bar, le fait de devoir redescendre à l'accueil chercher du papier et du savon car rien n'est calculer pour la longueur du séjour, le bruit des voitures très tôt le matin,

Le personnel sympatique et la possiilité de profiter des installations comme la piscine, salle de sport avant ou après son travail. Peit déjeuner correct.

Un point de détails: la chambre attribuée à mon arrivée tardive soit environ 1Heure du matin était une chambre non faite du point de vue ménage, donc retour réception et ré attribution d'une chambre. Sa situation à proximité de voies de circulation assez denses
