Hôtel Atlantis is across from the Gothic-style Saint Sulpice Church. Decorated in rich colors, the hotel’s lounge bar sits under a glass ceiling and is furnished with armchairs.
Score from 675 reviews Very good
Quite location but very central for all the sightseeing. Very comfortable rooms which are really clean. Great breakfast too.
Shower/bath to high for my 89 year old mother to get in.
Breakfast overpriced for quality of food and variety of options.
Central location places you in the heart of things, with good transport links to nearby cultural attractions. Good quality rooms - comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings, everything you would expect. Good local nightlife nearby.
Some issues with soundproofing between floors and rooms. Not much variety at breakfast; no cooked breakfast options.
room size vs price
The hotel location is nice. Walking distance from RER B trains, so you can get anywhere in Paris fast. Plenty of restaurants and bars around to have a nice evening after work. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and competent. They did a mistake programming my key, however this was fixed asap.
I discovered in the morning theat there was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER! I had to shwoer with plain cold water. When I told reception, I got no apology, wasn't offered anything (not even a free breakfast or discount on a future night). The reception promised to call me back, but never did. This shows lack of professionalism, and an inconsistent staff level. I travel for business to Paris on a weekly basis, and won't select this hotel in the future
Location and beds /mattresses were comfortable. Staff were friendly
Was a bit out of date and appeared lower budget than what we paid for
Location. Loved our room where we could open the two balconies onto an outdoor balcony.
Non applicable loved it all
The price and location were great
An easy walk away from Notre Dame and we'll served by the metro? Loads of restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.
It's a little cramped. No air conditioning, so it will be hot in the bedrooms during warm summer weather.
Staff was very kind and made us feel welcome. They arranged for us to have a ground level room which had extra room for a baby crib. The location was central in the Latin Quarter.
Walls were a bit thin but otherwise our stay was pleasant!
Our room was on the top floor, with a wrap-around balcony with 3 doors to access it. The bathroom fixtures were updated and worked well.
The desk staff did not give detailed directions or specific suggestions for things like restaurants, shops, etc. Also I'm not sure the pace is air conditioned; we didn't need AC while we were there.
Location Very friendly staff Everything you could want
Location Room size Breakfast
Size of the bathroom - too small !
We always stay in the Home Latin. The location is central and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Very small bathroom (the front the toilet is 16" from the wall, very narrow space).
good location, front desk good, quick check in and out
room maid poor service, bad attitude
Old and very tired room Tired market wall paper and stained floors. Very old hallways Old thin towels
good location, reasonable price.
For a place with such a great location -- right near Cluny Museum, Notre Dame, and several other things on our "to see" list -- Home Latin was astonishingly affordable. We stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our trip, in two different rooms. Both were amazingly spacious, well-decorated, clean, and comfy. No freeze/fry moments in the shower, and also surprisingly quiet for a Paris hotel. Lovely, friendly staff, too.
Air conditioning would have been a nice perk. Even though it was hot out (end of July), our first room was comfy with all the windows open. But on our second stay (second week in August), we were in a ground floor room where the windows didn't open all the way and it got a little stuffy.
Easy to find. In good area. Close to Notre Dame and lovely restaurants and shops. Nice ambiance.
We had room at front above entrance which was a little noisy.
Very close to Notre Dame Clean petite hotel like most in Paris with helpful English speaking staff. Hotel was clean and rooms modern.
Nothing was very pleasant.
We had no hot water for 2 days
Location is ok,close to many interesting
First day no hot water, not cleaned well, but beter nex days
No hot water was available when we checked in. We only stayed for one night and paid for the full price for one night as if there was hot water. We couldn't take shower. When we asked if it could have been fixed immediately, they commented that they hadn't known. Because of this strange and unfriendly situation we had to check out after one night without hot water(and without hope that it could have been fixed). And we had to book a room at another hotel without reservation. So we had to pay much more than we expected.
Room very small
