Thé overall warmth
Roòms modern, very clean, close too tourist destinations and metro. Taxi fare to eiffel tower around 10 € which made it very convenient.
Room was compact but all that we needed
Great, friendly staff - rooms were comfy and well sized for price. Felt safe and happy.
There was building work going on right outside the window which was irritating especially in the morning.
Our 2 bed family apartment was perfect and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and for sightseeing.
Magny Planes to Hang Out in Latin Quartier.. Easy to use Metro from Heer.. Close to Notre Dame... Able to Check out and store Luggage for the Day St Hotel.
Not bring able to Star longier in Paris at home Latin!
In an excellent area. Central, within easy reach of anywhere you could want to go and plenty to do nearby.
Looking a bit dated; TV did bot work; decour not great; room small and crammed
The breakfast was of poor quality, and the attendant seems to be watching what you eat, the eggs were totally undercooked, the attendant would not hear of it.
Top Location, Excellent value for money
Helpful staff, clean
Poor value for money
Great location near Latin quarter. Comparable to similarly rated and priced hotels in the area.
The room was small so when we had the heat on, it was really hot but if we turned it off, it got quite cold.
Friendly staff, lovely location
The toilet was very small. Luckily we are quite slim but don't go there if you are quite big!
Location, staff, cleanliness, decoration.
Room a little small (but i guess this is a parisian standard), the price a little to high (but again, standard parisian price).
Location was great- walking distance to food and sites, and close to major metro/RER lines. Clean room, comfortable mattresses, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and reasonably priced breakfast.
Good breakfast Very good location; nearby public transport and city center
Small inconveniences; hair dryer not working; door to balcony could'nt be opened Small bathroom
Location was excellent, convenient to metro etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Small but good by Parisian standards. There was a good choice for breakfast.
Hotel advertisement boasts coffee and tea making facilities in room. There was only a tea kettle provided.
Excellent location in the Latin Quarter. Lots of great restaurants nearby and easy to walk to. Steps away from Notre Dame and several metro stops nearby. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice variety including eggs, sausage, ham, cereals, yogurt, meats, cheese, buns and croissants. The front desk help was very courteous, friendly and helpful with information and suggestions. They provided a clothes iron for our use. They even accommodated us for an additional nights stay at a good rate. Lift to the upstairs floors worked well. Fairly quiet location just off the main streets. I would gladly stay again and have suggested to friends already.
Not the hotels fault but there was construction at an adjacent property that started quite early in the morning. Earplugs helped with that
The hotel is near the location we wanted and it was away from the busy streets. The staff friendly during the day. Room fairly clean for a small domain. Everything was in working order, toilet, facets, etc.
Ask to see the room first. We did not but we were only there for 2 days and didn't mind nuisances.
Staff are friendly and helpfull
The machine for heating water in the room was not working
The staff should be in a 5 star hotels.
The size of the rooms
Hotel was in an ideal location for visiting main attractions. Rooms were clean and breakfast was worth the charge, good variety.
The entrance leading to breakfast area could be partitioned off from main entrance to hotel.
very nice location, lots of nice restaurants nearby, historical center, hotel staff is friendly and helpful, beds are super comfort for sleeping
rooms are a bit small, but until you plan to stay in the room the whole day, it doesn't bother at all
I recomend to stay at Home Latin
We arrived late due to air France strike and were given one of the last rooms on the first floor. Are room faced the noisy street. No AC so we tried to keep the windows open but it became impossible due to street noise. The room was extremely small for two people.
