Very helpful and polite. Excellent value for money. Spoke adequate English. Centrally located for local towns and access to Pyrenees. Rooms basic but clean. Nice terrace and pool. Cuisine fairly simple but good value. Be good to have English menus. There was nothing to dislike

I liked the friendly welcome and the outlook of the room with a balcony. As I read in other reviews, the state of the corridor carpet is shocking and creates a bad first impression. The bathroom door did not fit the frame and so would not shut and there was an empty shower gel container in the shower. My girlfriend's tuna was over cooked and we were reimbursed for this. The two waitresses were unsmiling to the point of sulkiness and seemed to have no idea how to serve and relate to the customer.

Although only a night stop between other destinations, this was a suprise all round. The staff reception was welcoming and helpful although no english spoken. The room, though small had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was the biggest suprise for its quality and choice of food and wines. The public areas could do with a spruce up but the pool was another unexpected offering in this budget hotel. Nothing serious though the carpets throughout needed replacement and a re-decoration would be welcome.

le manque d'une bouilloire dans la chambre avec sachets de café et thé compris dans le prix un petit bar avec boissons "payantes " ce qui se fait pratiquement dans beaucoup d'hôtels.

nous avons apprécié le parking gratuit, la situation et l'accès de l'hôtel, le calme. Les chambres confortables. La carte du restaurant est très intéressante par ses différentes formules, avons apprécié le repas du soir par sa qualité. Etablissement à recommander.

Les patrons de l'établissement étaient très accueillants, le petit déjeuner copieux, l'hôtel est bien situé à l'entrée des Pyrénées. La chambre était petite pour une réservation pour 3 personnes. Elle était dans un état de propreté douteux et la salle de bain était à la limite de l'insalubrité. Nous avons été très déçus de l'état des locaux de l'hôtel pourtant labélisé Logis de France.

Restauration très correcte mais service un peu long. Deux détails mais qui peuvent me semble-t-il être facilement améliorés : Absence de balayette dans les toilettes; Le papier hygiénique installé dans une boite sous clé mais placée sur le mur en retrait...Peu commode à l'usage. Enfin, accueil peu sympathique. Hôtel qui nécessite une rénovation pour que l'on s'y sente bien.

Le calme malgré la présence d'un axe proche et la possibilité d'accéder à la piscine. Le fait d'avoir les commodités (wc - Douche) dans la chambre. Il s'agit d'un hôtel néanmoins un peu ancien (papiers peints et mobilier)
