I was planning to replace it with other hotel but I cannot due to time limitation. I was shocked how was it classified as 4 stars hotel. Furnitures were very old. Elevator is old and small. |

Nice staff, especialy women, she helps us undrestood Paris advantage. Once late at evening we came to hotel and after claening we miss all our towel. Other staff (Excludind reception) dont speak english, and it was difficult to explain what we need. Also Breakfast was poor. |

Excellent location just a few hundred meters from Champs Elysee. Staff were friendly (not always the case in French hotels). Just wondering how it achieved 4 stars..? Facing the street, it was quite noisy right through the night and the room is quite small for 2 people. |

1 staff member was lovely but 1 in particular looked down upon us for coming in in the early morning. I had received an email demanding i check out at 5pm. They did not realise that i checked out at 12pm their usual checkout date. Surely they could of gotten that right. |

The location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance from Arc de Triomph and Champs Elysees, we even walked to the Louvre and Notre Dame ... The guy at the front desk, Allen was extremely friendly and helpful, thanks Allen! The lady at the front desk was not very friendly ... |

the people in the hotel are very much friendly and warm welcoming and hospitality and the AC in the room is very much cool and practical furniture very much old, very much bad elevator over all the hotel needs a grand renovation |

The lady from the reception was really nice,incredible friendly and helpful,the room was perfect,the location was perfect.We will return certainly. The water from bathroom didn't work very good and the breakfast was extremely overpriced.Small elevator. |

Close to main sites in Paris Never a 4 star, no tea/coffee facilities. Hotel needs a good clean. I have hay fever and aircon helps, but was called during the night by hotel staff complaining that the aircon was too noisy in the street and would I switch it off. Only one towel so had to ask for more, only one glass in the room also. As I say never ever a 4 star, more a 2 star, 4th visit to Paris, poorest hotel so far. |

The are close to the train station and to the arc of triump.The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. We only stay one day, but the staff was very gentley. We have a refrigerator and that was somenthing that in the other hotel do not had. the decoration is ugly. |
