There a room for improvement of maintenance management specially of the elevators and the bathroom facilities.

All the staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was the best it could be. The services were superb; they made all my museum and restaurant reservations for me in advance. The linens and bed were plush and comfortable; I slept well for a change! Great location with extremely close proximity to George V metro station and Arc de Triomphe. I recommend this hotel highly.

Everything! Fantastic location, beautiful building, wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The Hotel team went out of their way to make it a very memorable experience for us.

The Restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our visit, we were not made aware of this on the Boking.com website. Fortunately the Hotel recommended some excellent alternatives.

Good location, friendly staff

Old furniture, old ambiance, small bathroom, expensive breakfast, poor selection at buffet, is more a 4* hotel, but an expensive one

the staff were so friendly, the location was just few steps away from the Champs Elysee.

the room was so small that you can barely move !!! the furniture and the decorations were quite old. with the money we paid i expected something much better.

Terrible condition of bathroom plumbing (not only in our room - our friends had the same problem). Unacceptable for such standard hotel...

I liked the smell in the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was fantastic.

We were only there from 2 days - Saturday and Sunday. When we inquired Saturday what we can do in 2 days, they didnt tell us that all Paris is closed on Sunday. No shopping is open!! It was bad concierge

It is terrible! We were stolen in the hotel! Every room of us! We lost a lot of cash and jewelry. I don't know is there any other rooms be stolen too. But the employee looked no surprise when we told them about this.We call the police, but no result till now.

Excellent location, very friendly accomodating staff, beautifully appointed quiet rooms, highly recommended.

This relatively small luxury hotel is truly special. I would and paln to stay there again!!

loaction is excellent every thing is in your hand, staff very coopertave and they are happy to help. House keeping very active. I have special thank to Mr Pierre who is working in reception and to all staff.

I have to walk via upstair (few steps) to reach my room on 7th floor as lift only up to 6th floor

Location was great just off the chamaps ely see. Staff were friendly rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

I stayed for two nights. In the first night, the room air condition was not working and room was hot. I talked to reception but they could not fix the A.C. nor they could giveanotherroom since the hotel was fully booked as they claim.instead, they provided a portable mini a/c unit which was noisy and had to sleep with the window open. For the second night, I told them I will check out if I don't get another room.finally they agreed to give me another room. I paid €650 per night which I think is too much for this hotel.

The staff changed my oponion from poor to excellent. Plus very near to the main streat Champs Elysees, it was my honeymoon really had great time in paris.

Air Conditioning was under maintenance so it was hot in the last two days, but they gave us a small ac and it worked, plus the weather didn't need an A/c the decorations, I personally don't like old fashion hotels but this is Paris!

No coração de Paris, perto de tudo. Quarto extremamente limpo com piso de madeira (recomendo aos alérgicos). Os atendentes do hotel são extremamente amigáveis e educados. Foi simplesmente maravilhoso.

Pas de chauffage, chambre glaciale et aucune couverture dans la penderie. Désolant pour un 5 étoiles

la garde robe assez mal en point ( voir le bas ) dans la chambre 107 cela ne cadre pas du tout avec le "luxe" soit disant

Потрясающий обслуживающий персонал в отеле, замечательный сервис, решение всех моих проблем( не относящихся к отелю) моментально, внимание,забота, ненавязчиво и деликатно дают абсолютное ощущение удобства и комфорта. Во время моего приезда в отель 13.00 часов 29.11.12, меня любезно заселили сразу же, раньше check-in time15.00 и без дополнительной оплаты и в номер лучшей категории, чем был забронирован мною. Бесконечно благодарна всем, кто работал в момент заселения, начиная с doormen заканчивая консьержем, так как сразу дали ощущение дома вдали от дома.

Не очень хорошая звукоизоляция между номерами

Un confort exceptionnel tant la volupté de ce lieux l'emporte sur tout. Un hôtel luxueux à taille humaine d'une grande classe. Le personnel est d'une grande discrétion qui n'a d'égal que son attention et son efficacité. À recommander tout particulièrement également pour son excellente table.

酒店比较温馨，服务超好，每个员工都能记住客人的名字，房间一天打扫好几次，房间算巴黎比较大的了。比同价- 位的大品牌酒店都要好。使用的床单和沐浴露质量很高。

卫生间比较小。
