The atmosphere of the hotel reception area, bar and restaurant and the easy access to many of the tourist attractions in the region. No door on the bathroom in the room and a very small bathroom with no windows or extractor fans.The swimming pool and jacuzzi area was inviting to look at but both were freezing cold not exactly pleasant after a cold day wondering around the Christmas markets! |

Nice and clean and room with space for the entire family of 5, very nice terrace for breakfast, nice and quiet village located convinient for exploring the Alsace area. Coming to breakfast after peak-time first morning, fresh supplies of the various breakfast items were not available, and the waitresses were not very helpfull bringing cups, tea, clean glasses, food etc. However, next morning was a much better experience with a very helpfull and service minded lady in charge. |

I had very low expectations before we arrived but this is a little jewel of a place. Unfortunately only able to book a budget room but it was a cosy comfy room in the attic and suited our needs very well. We languished in the jacuzzi both evening and after a very gorgeous breakfast. Highly recomended. |

Les boissons, les en-cas et le personnel du bar étaient vraiment agréables et à un prix raisonnable. Le sauna était très bien. Par contre, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. La piscine est vraiment très jolie. Cependant, l'eau était trop froide pour notre enfant. |

le cachet de l'hôtel, le restaurant gastronomique à proximité, le possibilité du spa, possibilité de spa, petit déjeuner. Le deuxième hôte d'accueil a tout de suite trouvée une prise adaptateur. La lumière principale ne fonctionnait pas, pas de porte aux wc. Eau de piscine trop froide et eau du jacouzi trop chaude! la première hôtesse n'a même pas cherché de prise adaptateur, elle m'a dit qu'il n'y en avait pas. |

Nous ne connaissions pas Rouffach en Alsace. Il s'avère que c'est une petite ville très calme et très sympathique pas trop loin d'un accès à la route des crêtes et bien fournies en restaurants de bonne qualité. L'hôtel est très calme et le personnel très accueillant.L'espace détente est très agréable, offre une plage horaire très attractive...jusqu'à 22.00 et n'est pas saturé de monde. Qui plus est l'hôtel est lié à 2 restaurants, une brasserie et un restaurant gastronomique. Pas de commentaire sur le restaurant gastronomique n'y étant pas allés, mais la brasserie est très accueillante, une fois encore, et les formules intéressantes (menu anniversaire...). ...Et ce qui ne gâche rien, possibilité de parking aisé . Vraiment à découvrir! |
