Unfortunately we had a bad experience from the reception staff the first night. We had been driving very long and the staff was unpolite and unfriendly.

clean, friendly staff, room small, but fair value for money, very nice spa

rooms all smoking rooms, French law about non smoking is not respected, reception told me they can not control people smoking in rooms. Sad situation as it diminishes the experience of a wonderful hotel. If you are no smoker don't go there, it really smells bad.

Nice staff. Location is good, we were visiting Colmar and this was a good option for overnight. Breakfast is really good. They have pool and sauna. We liked this hotel. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but ok for the "budget" class, which we boooked. I would recommend this hotel.

We booked their budget accomodation which was great value for money. They provide an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff are friendly and speak English and German. The location is excellent for a visit to the Alsace region and there is a very pleasant golf course 5 mins. Away which is open all year round.

We have nothing to complain about.

I enjoyed the opportunity to relax in the Hotel spa complex after long hiking trails in the nearby countryside. Also the beautiful city of Colmar was very close.

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very very good. Our party included people from 5-75 and the hotel met the needs of all ages. Very easy access to Colmar and the highway. I would definitely stay there again and not hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel is in a beautiful building in a lovely village. Good brasserie in the hotel with nice food.

I guess the only 'odd' thing was the en-suite toilette without door. I am not sure if this is the same in every room, surely this was the case in our.

We had a problem with settling the payment at the reception with mastercard when checking-out allegedly because of "code faux" although the PIN was given correctly. The same happened to my wife who tried to pay with her mastercard and we had to pay cash. It has been very embarassing. The receptionist told us "there was nothing wrong at their side" but later on during the same day we made payments with mastercard at other places with no problem.

Hotel provides a lift - at least halfway to our roomfloor.

We like especially the inner pool, which is very exotic and luxury, good for a family with young children. Room facilities is ok, we've booked the budget room so of course we wouldn't expect high. Breakfast is excellent, with original & rich French style. Restaurant on site is also very good. We did as well enjoy the room service since we were late for the first night of arrival, so only could order something like hamburgers..But it turned out that the hamburgers and fries are with very high quality(prepared by the site restaurant). Staffs are generally friendly although they don't speak much English. The location is excellent to access to vineyards, hills, lovely villages... We had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent, comfortable, well managed hotel.

We go on holiday to Zwitserland. Its a nice stay after 550 km. The restarautn with one star is very good. With the reservation we have asked for a reservation in the restaurant but the company did not informated the restaurant.
