The service was great and the owners were really nice, and the room was neat and comfortable. It was too far from the city center, but the owners were so kind to drive us to the center of Arles back and forth, because it was sunday(no buses) and we didn't had a car |

Staff were very helpful and friendly, food/restaruant was good, particularly the outdoor dining by the pool. The hotel enhanced the great "provence" experience of Arles. The location is about 2km from the centre of town but there was regular bus service 100 metres from the hotel or alternatively taxi's, which were not expensive. |

I slept in the room and had a shower in the bath. Poor value for money - stayed at 2 other hotels both of which were better in every respect. |

The standard of meals in the restaurant was excellent especially food of the 'terroir' and desserts; value for money too and the quality and price of winelist especially local wines. Poole was great too. A smell of drains in our bathroom. Also the fan was broken in bathroom. The towel holder was broken too when we arrived but was fixed straight away. |

Nice pool, good atmosphere. Far away from center, further than expected. 30+ minutes to walk if you are fast. There is absolutely no bath or airconditioning in the main building, even though it was promoted like so on the site (seems to have changed since we visited...wierd huh?) We stayed for only two of the planned 10 nites because the rooms were too freaking hot. Didn't cool down at nite while it was outside 20 degrees it was still 30 or plus inside. We moved to Mercure which was great! of course more expensive, but with aico, bath and closer to the city. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant chalet style room close to swimming pool. Easy access to Arles city centre and to countryside of Provence and the Camargue. |

The were very accomodating when I asked to stay an additional night. Also the second pool by the restaurant is much nicer than the small one in front of the reception area. The internet connection went down on the last day and following morning, and we had to book a hotel in the next city. No one really showed care when we told 2 different people, they just shrugged it off and said it down't work... |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The room was very shabby, the bed extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dated and not at all appealing. |

Mycket vänlig personal. Närhet till bageri och busshållplats. Möjlighet att sitta utomhus vid poolen. Restaurang på hotellet. En aning lyhört |

Ideally situated on the outskirts of Arles, a bustling city full of life and vitality, the hotel is only 2 km away from the centre and 1 km away from the nearest motorway. |
The Crau Hotel is ideally situated in Camargue and the foot of Alpilles, and features comfortable and affordable accommodation in this traditional and unspoiled natural setting. |
In a peaceful setting close to the ancient centre of Arles this entirely renovated hotel is the perfect base from which to discover the region. |
This charming farmhouse is ideally situated at the foot of the spur of the Alps and within easy reach of the famous town of Arles, les Baux-de-Provence, Avignon and Le Pont du Gard. |
