At l'Hostellerie de l'Abbaye de La Celle, Alain Ducasse and Bruno have opted for authentic cooking that reflects the region's flavours, offering simple yet perfectly presented dishes true tasty cooking.
The kitchen team is lead by Benoît Witz, a long-time disciple of Alain Ducasse and heir to his philosophy. Each day, he proposes two menus as well as à la carte dining, blending tradition and imagination.
