Hospitality, services (breakfast, laundry, housekeeping, guiding info). The room is well equipped, kept clean and cosy. The electrical sockets are not 100% functional (2 found defective). The Internet connection is sometime disrupted so Wi-Fi signal should be improved.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Felt more like a chain/business hotel than one of the boutique hotels that typify the Chateaux et Relais list.

Seriously overpriced. And thats before you pay for parking and breakfast. Room was small though with every comfort including air conditioning and excellent standard of service from staff who were friendly and helpful. No evening meal available. Pleasant garden and grounds with adjacent parking and security entry gate operated efficiently from reception. Space is obviously at a premium at the centre of an ancient city and this hotel achieves a high standard despite this. Hard to understand why it was so expensive even allowing for location close to Albi's historic centre

British Airways had lost our luggage from Boston to Heathrow to Toulouse. The desk staff at the Hostellerie made a number of phone calls to helps retrieve the missing luggage. Pleasant people - nice hotel - well situated in Albi to explore the old town. Thanks to them all (let them know). Overnight Parking awkward and costly.

Petit brin de verdure , accès direct au centre ville hôtel très agréable Personnel très accueillant Chambre petite mais agréable Le prix du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de ce dernier . À ce prix la on attend quand même au moins un jus d'orange frais et pas un jus d'orange chimique .

Hôtel de grand charme en plein centre ville qui a su garder du caractère avec des chambres très personnalisée loin du design trop impersonnel et qui se ressemble partout dans le monde. Notre chambre art déco était superbe. C'est au calme et le jardin est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour, des yaourt fait maison délicieux et du vrai pain! rien

le calme et l'emplacement idéal pour shopping le coté un peu triste lorsque nous sommes arrivés en fin d'après-midi mais bon c'était le week-end et ce n'est qu'une toute petite ville voire un gros village

Un agradable hotel con una ubicación excelente Está a cinco minutos de la Catedral y el Museo de Toulouse Lautrec La habitación muy confortable y de buen tamaño El personal muy amable Es un poco difícil llegar con el coche, pues está en un callejón que sale de la vía principal. Nos costó encontrarlo a pesar del GPS Albi es una ciudad un poco caótica para la circulación

Personnels très avenant, accueillant, disponible. Petits déjeuner 15euros c'est trop élévé, même si c'est à volonté. Quand on arrive dans la rue de l'hôtel, on est un peu surpris (rue pas accueillante et sale).

Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel très accueillant et serviable, situation parfaite, parking surveillé. Excellent choix pour une visite d'un ou deux jours à Albi. Le seul problème est que le wifi n'arrive pas jusqu'à la chambre.
