The hotel is situated in the very heart of the village in the Lubéron. Next to it, guests can walk along a lake lined with sycamore trees. Walking tours, biking, swimming in a lake nearby is possible....

Located in a picturesque and quiet area a few miles from the center of Gordes, the Mas De La Senancole boasts a lovely garden and outdoor swimming pool.
Score from 133 reviews Very good
The room, the bathroom, storage space, free parking, excellent breakfast, good restaurant, lovely terrace and garden.
WiFi that had to constantly be re-logged into, necessitating entering a 12 digit user ID and a 6 digit passsword. It would terminate if you closed your computer or didn't use it for a while. Every 4 hours required a new user ID and password, which required re-entering name, country, state, and email address. Way too much security for a hotel wifi.
Excellent food and breakfast Swimming pool c8 metres Quiet location
Comfortable, good breakfast, has garden and pool, beautiful area. Owners speak limited English, but not an issue.
Book of rules about using hotel like a high school handbook. On the other hand, it's what keeps the place pleasant.
Our original goal was to be in Lourmarin, which was entirely booked up so that only the pricey places were left. This hotel was only about a ten minute drive away, and was amazingly affordable, especially for all the terrific amenities. The pool was absolutely fabulous for cooling off after a day of hot-summer-day Provence sightseeing. The air conditioning was a godsend, too. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the grounds were beautiful. A spacious, super clean room with a really comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Although the staff spoke little English, they worked very hard to communicate with us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves -- absolutely lovely people.
Honestly, can't thing of a thing we we disliked. Would definitely stay here again.
good location swimming pool garden
- unfriendly and unhelpful stuff - when the stuff our bag with some food we were told with a very unfriendly and unrespectful tone that eating in the room is not allowed, althought it was not even our intention. - a bit confusing description (it looks like that room has a terrace but it doesn´t. - quite expensive
Walls too thin. - could hear couple next door
This little hotel is in a quiet Luberon village with all the facilities you need - pool, table tennis, loungers under the trees - and a great spot from which to explore the area. Our meal on the first night was great and the chef gave me the recipe for his delicious tart.
Everything. The staff, the room with a beautiful view, the pool and the beautiful gardens. Restaurant was great too especially the chicken with risotto - delicious. Thoroughly recommend this. We have been on the road for 7 weeks and this has been our favourite accommodation but you do need a car to get around
Location. Access at early hours. Breakfast (simple but good). Nice place all in all. Recomend as a good spot if you just use it as a base for other planned outings.
Everytime I requested anything the lady didn't se happy at all... Almost to the extent where I found I stopped asking f or anything at all.
