only the large pool was excellent Standard room was poor with view on construction site, old matras. 8 o clock the workmen began . The whole building needs a thourough renovation (70ties look). Spa was closed ! Indoor swimming pool in construction ! Bistrot was closed.12 euro for a simple glas of wine is overdone. The restaurant was not cosy at all. The dinner was not at all according to a 1 star Michelin, strange combinations and very poor ingredients; staff not attentive at all. Childeren (probably from the mas nextdoors) dominate everywhere : the pool, the lobby and even the restaurant. Breakfast was not what you expect for a 1 star Michelin. Our worst experience in many years. How do they get the stars ?

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during international traveling. Attention to detail was amazing! The pool area was gorgeous! We were given more towels and toiletries than we could use. Everyone and everything was generously and beautifully done! It was beyond my expectations!!!!

Nice hotel with nice gardens poll area. Lunch at the terrace brasserie was pleasant Good location. Ten minutes walk to town centre. Staff generally pleasant. We paid for a Junior suite. What we got was a nice standard size room with a small balcony. They said most of their J. suites were the same size. If true this was the smallest J. suite in 30+ years. Not very good value for money.

Location was perfect, just a short drive or 10 minute walk to "downtown" St Remy and right in the middle of Provence. The staff and service was impeccable. Drink prices at the bar were a little exaggerated. They would have many more customers if they dropped them a few euros. Also, our room was right above the sauna (room 48), making it unpleasently hot without the possibility to turn on the air conditioning (too late in the season). Any other room was probably good.

The building and environment was simply beautiful and was what you would expect of a regional French resort. The staff were delightful and room was luxurious. We will definitely return.

Wonderful location, extremely relaxing atmosphere, great comfort, charming staff, excellent service, and many of the dishes on the menu can be rated highly. Some of the items on the menu are not wholly satisfying, perhaps created more for effect than nourishment. The melon gazpacho, for example, is more of a dessert than a starter. And there seemed to be generally an over-reliance on aniseed in the cooking.

We liked the fact that it was a very quiet location but within an easy walk into St. Remy. We enjoyed our stay. We do not eat a large breakfast so we felt that the cost was high.

The restaurant - particularly the degustation menu with matching wines, which was perfect for a special celebration. Inadequate hot water and some of the rooms are tired.

I decided to book this hotel because its location, once I was touring Provence. The "Galeria" room has a balcony: more reason to book it, Room was spacious and confortable and had reazonable closets. Free parking was also very good. Yes. They charged me for a bottle of water disposed on the desk like a "Welcome drink" near a welcome note from the manager. Taking a shower was a challenge: hot water comes and goes away quickly, so, sometimes you freeze, sometimes you burn. If it is rainning you can't use the balcony cause the canopy is not waterproof.

I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, dinner there one night was lovely but expensive, they offered babysitting, the hotel and it's grounds are beautiful, the rooms are modern and lovely. Everything was quite nice but will say they could have had a more family oriented restaurant or even a lunch menu that was more casual. Just sitting by the pool it would have been nice to order sandwiches of some sort or just a nice salad that didn't cost a fortune. I also expected a fitness room and that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel but it was not open because of the construction of their spa. I just thought they should tell people these things before hand or don't list it on the website if they don't have it at the time.
