This luxury hotel is situated in Saint Remy de Provence. It features a gastronomic restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and a 500 m² spa with a heated indoor pool. A free shuttle bus is available to the centre of Saint-Rémy. The contemporary guest rooms have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen satellite TV. They have views of the surrounding area and the Parc National des Alpilles. Some rooms also have a terrace. Restaurant Marc de Passorio offers a gourmet menu of refined Provencal dishes. Personally shown around hotel. Did all asked for daughters 21st birthday - champagne, chocolates, birthday cake, booked meal at restaurant. Attendant arrived as we did in car to collect our bags. Made to feel really special. Very relaxing. nothing it was perfect

Nothing really. We had high hopes and were bitterly disappointed. We were meant to have a suite and the hotel placed us in a small double room next to the linen closet. As a result our sleeping baby was often disturbed. The bed was awful. We sank to the floor each time we climbed on. The advertised 24/7 room service was not available in the evenings and shut 2 days a week. Compared to other hotels we stayed in before and after it, with the same room type, it was very bad value.

The Vallon De Vallrugues was a delight, lovely room and the Spa is so fantastic, actually the best considering we travel worldwide and the Queen Mary 11 Spa is almost as good. Fabulous location and you can walk to town (St.Remy) in 10 minutes. All the staff were extremely friendly and did their utmost to make your stay therein the best. We hope to return there as soon as time will permit. Our thanks to all at the Vallon De Vallrugues for a wonderful time. Caroline & Bahram. (August 2012) The Bistro Menu was limited, it could be made a bit more interesting. Perhaps Le Chef could be persuaded to add Chicken and Pasta dishes to his menu. But the service was superb, really lovely.

lovely pool area and terrace Dinner served in disappointing coffee shop type room because of rain and main dining room not used.Menu was not very inspiring so decide to eat in town. Not a good view from our room. Outrageously expensive drinks from the bar !

Très bon accueil , de l ensemble du personnel: service chambre , restaurant, bar.... Luxe mais chaleureux Pas assez de rangement dans la salle de bains pour poser trousses de toilette... Et manque de patères. Concernant le bistro nous devrions qd nous restons au moins une semaine surtout avec des ados avoir un peu plus de choix ou variété concernant les plats même du ce sont des choses simples

Das Personal ist erstklassig! Die wunderbare Ruhe wird nur zeitweise durch Reisegruppen morgens gestört! Die Zimmer sind sehr eng - die Toiletten sind winzig. Umweltbewußter Umgang mit Bettwäsche ist gänzlich unbekannt!

la piscine ,le spa le coté vacances le petit dejeuner est super!! la situation très bonne la chambre n'est pas prete à votre arrivée ! le plateau desservi reste devant la porte jusqu'à 18 h la chambre est faite lorsque nous descendons au petit dejeuner ,ce qui fait que la salle de bain est denouveau derrangé pour la journée...le baggagiste passe devant nous dans l'ascenceur et nous ferme la porte au nez!!

Zimmer sehr guter Zustand. Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr gutes Essen Eine Reihe von Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Innenseite des Aufzugs, die dringend erneuert werden könnte, Wegeinfassungen, Balkonbrüstung die reparaturbedürftig sind, das macht leider einen recht schlampigen Eindruck, der nicht zu einem 5Sterne Hotel passt

Personeel is meer dan uitstekend. De keuken is subliem. Het aantal parkeerplaatsen is beperkt en ze zijn aan de kleine kant.

L'accueil,la propreté, le confort, le voiturier. Pas assez de transat a la piscine et pas assez intimiste pour un sejour en amoureux.(peut être est ce mieux l'été?). Et surtout les prix du bar et du restaurant; inaccessible pour un jeune couple, menu 90e/pers et les boissons 7euros, cacahuète 9euros!!!
