Beautiful hotel, great staff and incredible food. There is a good Spa area which is currently being extended (without impacting the use of the current area). Great hikes nearby (mostly on the shorter side).

J ai aimé la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des membres de l hôtel. Petit dejeuner fabuleux. La vue sur la forêt. Le restaurant de l hôtel est extraordinaire classique en décoration moderne dans l assiette. Location gratuite de dvd et très large choix. Des details : Le Spa est vétuste mais en rénovation, ferme trop tôt à 19 h 30. Le jardin n est pas à la hauteur des photos de la brochure. La tv dans le salon et non dans la chambre mais c est une question d habitude...

Tout le personnel est aux petits soins!!! Nous avons apprécier notre dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Vivement l'ouverture su Spa cet été, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!! Manque un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain. L'insonorisation entre les chambres pourrait être meilleure.

L'hostellerie de la chenaudiere est un établissement de luxe, de grande classe et renommé depuis plus de 30 ans car fréquenté par des personnages politiques et artistiques dont les messages et photos s'affichent sur les murs du salon-bar. Nous aimons son emplacement de fond de vallée,son calme, son agencement,ses boiseries, la conception de son espace piscine-spa-sauna-massages ( en agrandissement actuellement) la qualité de sa restauration, son style et son luxe de qualité qui ne fait pas parti de notre vie quotidienne. Il faut souligner la qualité, le professionnalisme et la sympathie de son personnel à commencer par les patrons eux-mêmes présents qui habitent à proximité de l'établissement car il s'agit bien encore d'un Ets familial.

Nous avons aimé le soin apporté aux installations : chambres, restaurant, accueil, le bar avec sa musique douce. Les chambres spacieuses et les sanitaires très luxueux. L'espace détente avec la piscine est chaleureux. La gastronomie très bonne et un grand choix. Le personnel aux petits soins

C'est un endroit très agréable, très reposant. Le personnel est adorable et la qualité du service excellente. Nous avons passé un très bon noël Le lieu pour les massages n'est pas terrible, mais je crois qu'il va y avoir des travaux pour amèliorer le service

Accueil chaleureux, très belle chambre avec terrasse et splendide vue sur le jardin de plantes aromatiques et le village. Endroit calme et reposant. Personnel " aux petits soins". Excellent repas servi dans un très beau décor. Rien à redire...juste l'envie d'y retourner !

Ruhige Lage des Hotels, gemütliche Einrichtung Die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant ist sehr schlecht. Ebenso ist der Service ungenügend, eingentlich eines Relais Château nicht würdig.

Le calme et la tranquillité. Le petit déjeuner fait d'excellents produits. Le thé et les gâteaux offerts l'A-M. Un endroit parfait pour se relaxer et prendre le temps de se promener dans la nature. J'espère que les architectes auront eu le bon sens de ne plus installer la salle de massage dans un endroit disposant d'une soufflerie générant un bruit permanent.
