Loved the ambiance of the hotel. Very old and rambling building with interesting nooks and crannies. Enjoyed the architecture and preservation of the building. Location was also good. The service in the restaurant was terrible the night we were there. I have lived in Europe for 12 years and know how europeans dine. The food was just ok, but the #1 outstanding feature that would prevent me recommending it or ever dining there again was how poor the service was. Hotel great, restaurant poor. |

We stayed at the hotel 10 years ago and returned because of the ambiance of this historic building. Prefer more traditional decor rather than modern bedspreads and drapes. The "trolley tourist" crowd in Colmar has become too commercial for our tastes, and we do not expect to return. This hotel is a lovely choice for those who wish to visit the city. |

部屋がとてもかわいくて（しかも広くて）感激しました。そしてアメニティがロクシタンでさらに感激。快適な- バスタブ付きでとてものんびりすごすことができました。そして、ホテルでいただいたディナーがほんとに美味- しかったです。このフランス旅行中で一番おいしい食事だったといってもいいぐらい。時間の関係で朝食はとれ- ませんでしたが、また泊まってみたいホテルです。 |

コルマールの駅から近く、レストラン等も整っている。ホテル施設は歴史を感じる作りで、コルマールの街にフ- ィットしたすばらしい施設、周囲にコルマールの旧市街があり、食事・観光とも至極便利 トイレ等は、清潔ですが、古い建物なので仕方がないのですが少し古い設備でした。 |

El edificio, l´entourage; es la esencia de Alsacia. La habitación graciosa, tan singular! Conduciendo 5 horas bajo la lluvia, anocheciendo, nos reciben a las nueve , "sólo pueden tomar un plato"...servicio ingrato, ni una sonrisa. |

お部屋がホテルというより自分のプライベートルームみたいでとてもよかったです 朝食が他のところは殆どが７時からでしたが７時１５分からでした。済ませられない時間ではありますが７時か- らなら出発に少し余裕を持って食事ができるとおもいました。 |

Camera con spazio wc assolutamete inadeguato piccolissimo ! camera e bagno di dimensioni piccolissime, copriletto fatiscente e sporco, piatti serviti in ristorante che nemmeno il più dozzinale servizio catering proporrebbe, presuntuosità da parte del ?maitre? Che con arroganza ha allontanato la bottiglia del vino dopo che mi sono permesso di servirmi in quanto nessuno lo faceva e ha continuato non farem po chi ci ha servito al tavolo, poverina, carica di buona volontà ma assolutamente inadeguata alle pretrese e prezzi del risotante, dita nei piatti e bicchieri portato prendendolo dal bordo dove poi avremmo bevuto! In sostanza un hotel e ristorante da definire un nobile decaduto da ciu devono stare alla larga in gourmand! Visitatelo! |

４つ星クラスでこの価格はお得。格式ばったところはなくスタッフもフレンドリーです。建物は古いですがバス- ルームは新しくお湯もたっぷり使えます。 床が傾いているので居心地が悪いです。また、普段使っていない部屋だったのかベッドリネンのせいなのか分か- らないですが、ダニに噛まれました。駅からは遠いのでタクシーに乗ったほうが良いですが、呼ぶとデフォルト- で6ユーロかかります。 |

Очень уютный маленький отель на берегу канала. Отличное месторасположение. Парковка очень близко. Отличный ресторан (хотя и дороговато). Персонал вежлив и отзывчив. |

Schön gelegenes, romatisches Hotel, unser Zimmer 101 lag direkt am Kanal mit tollem Ausblick. Allerdings im Nebenhaus. Relativ großzügig. Toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt Colmar zu erkunden! Negativ: Sauberkeit von Flur, Toilette und WC-Bürste! Am unangenehmsten war die laute Lüftung (Klimaanlage?) der Nachbarwohnungen, die nicht zum Hotel gehören. Ließ sich leider nicht abstellen. Eine Geräuschkulisse, die mich die halbe Nacht an Schlaf gekostet hat. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und für das Angebot zu teuer.Unbedingt ein Zimmer im Haupthaus buchen!! |

Edificio storico molto suggestivo e strategicamente posizionato per visitare la città. I prezzi del ristorante interno sono alti. La mia camera era proprio nel sottotetto e per raggiungerla era necessario superare due rampe di scale. |
