The style of the hotel was exactly the country retreat we were looking for when visiting rural south of France, and the upkeep was impeccable. We really loved it and had such a great time! The wine in the restaurant was possibly the best I'd ever tasted and the food was great too. The staff were so helpful and very friendly (as everyone in the Luberon region seem to be!). I'd definitely go to this hotel again... Possibly next year. I'd booked a twin but was given a double (however the view was incredible so we didn't want to change) and there seems to be windows in the bathroom doors. We put a spare sheet over the door to cover it up.

The service and the food in a dinner restaraunt were excellent. There was a dirty furniture in a lobby and in a breakfast restaraunt, the garden was groomed. We were waiting for accomodation for about 2 hours, plus to that we were not warned about the readiness of the room number. What is more, there was always a lack of dish in a restaraunt.

A most beautiful Hotel and setting and the owner was so charming and helpful. It is a laid-back and relaxed place to be and will be definitely returning. we had a ground floor room for easy access for my elderly French dog!! Thank you to all there. No real complaints as we liked room etc etc but did not take breakfast or meals there except a coffee early in the morning before we went sightseeing.

Pretty location and good food. Dirty room had to downgrade to standard to get clean one and still had to pay full price of superior room. The reception staff/management were extremely unhelpful and totally unapologetic - appararently they were busy and french labour laws limit how much cleaning can be done. They would not even guarantee that the extemely badly made bed had been changed at all after last guests.

It was very bad experience as they stol our stuff. My kids IPods and head set even the charger for the phone they took it. Also in the check out we found that they added another room charges on our room. Their dinner and drinks. It raise our bill to double Very bad management. When you have your worker steel things from the clients rooms you should be more firm. We had a very bad experience with this hotl. Our stuff been stolen and nobody even care in this hotel. They added other room charges on our room and nobody even say sorry for the mistake. Very bad customer service

Charming old renovated 'Mas' with and beautiful gardens and pool. Rooms decorated in Provence style. Location is very central to a beautiful part of Provence. Very good head waiter. Dinners were of a very high standard. Toilet did not work properly and was not attended to by staff in spite of asking. Inspite of great dinner, breakfast was very poor and overpriced. Untrained junior waiter had no idea - we had to eat out for breakfast for the rest of the week. Lack of service to pool area.

Location, style, Evening Meal (which was superb), in fact just about everything apart from breakfast (see below) was magnificent For the price charged, this was frankly poor. There was limited choice, the fruit was of poor quality (my apple for example was quite bad, and should have been noticed by staff putting it out - I should really have complained at the time, but just decided to leave it). The breakfast was as disappointing as the meal the previous evening had been exceptionally good.

Amazing place. The grounds, pool area and restaurant all set in lovely grounds. The room had a large kingsize bed and balcony. The staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Nous avions reservé 2 chambres,une bien avec wc séparé, bon rapport prix qualité,l'autre laissait à désirer. 2° chambre, Salle de bain réduite avec douche W.C,pas de porte de séparation avec la chambre,un simpe rideau, très désagréable Prix des pts déjeuners bien trop élevés pour les y prendre

L'hôtel était fermé!nous étions trés ennuyés à 19h... mais les propriétaires ont rattrapé cette erreur en nous recevant trés agréablement et en nous offrant la nuit dans une belle chambre,un peu froide car l'hôtel était fermé,mais nous les en remercions chaleureusement! Booking.com devrait mettre à jour ces offres car c'est la 2ème fois que cette mésaventure nous arrive.Merci aux patrons de l'hôtel!nous reviendrons qd l'hôtel sera ouvert!!!

Détente assurée autour de la piscine. Site calme et reposant. Cuisine excellente, raffinée et de très bonne qualité. Très belle présentation dans l'assiette, parfait pour fin gourmets. Manque de personnel, aucun service clientèle autour de la piscine, personnel absent, peu attentif au besoin de la clientèle, peut-être occupé à d'autres tâches.

Alles ziet er prachtig uit Pretentieus hotel. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles er dik in orde, maar vooral het veel te jonge, onhandige en niet begeleide personeel maakt van een verblijf een beetje ongemakkelijke ervaring. Dit ligt uiteraard aan de leiding van het hotel.
