I had a bad experience during dinner at the hotel's restaurant. I
got a piece of glass in the bred - in presence of a waiter. No excuse
from the water, no bringing another piece of bread, nothing... Next
morning when checking out, I mentioned it to see how this will be
solved. Instead of receiving Sorry I received a complaint that it was
not hotel's fault, as they get the bread from a bakery, and that my
question is stupid... It was indeed extrenely impolite, as the dinner
was the service I received from the hotel, and to manage this issue with
the bakery is not my problem. It is like if I buy clothes of bad
quality, I bring them back to the shop and not to the producer, right?
Finally, after too long and ridiculous arguments from the man at the
reception, I got a bottle of self-produced sparkling wine from the
hotel... I will not recommend this hotel to my friends though...
We liked the building itself, as well as the room. It was nice, cozy,
clean and quiet.
