The staff were very helpful indeed. The meals were of higher standard than we were expecting. Very tranquil area and surroundings. Attractive and well maintained gardens. |

the place is quiet and secluded, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was good and breakfast (included in the price) perfect. My wife and I really appreciated the stay. |

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei den Menüs, z.B. für eine Vorspeise und eine Nachspeise ( ohne Hauptgericht ) = 22 € !. Das Preisbewußtsein des Hotels. Hinweis für Asthmatiker/Allergiker : Das Hotel benutzt eine gewisse Sorte Raumspray oder Reinigungsmittel, die nicht von jedem vertragen werden. |

Wisten niet dat op dag van aankomst Restaurant gesloten was.Kamers erg gehorig(overnacht kamer met zicht op tuin).Bediening sprak vaak alleen frans. |

Wir waren 11 Personen und es hat ausnahmslos allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren etwas kalt und nicht überall hat die Heizung funktioniert |

Restaurant und Abendessen. Badezimmer entsprcht nicht dem Zimmerpreis, Brause verkalkt, Service am Frühstücksbuffet schlecht. Teurere Zimmer lohnen den Aufpreis nicht. |

nous avons aimé le lieu "perdu" où il se trouve, tout près d'une ancienne abbaye. Le personnel est discret et efficace. L'hôtel mérite bien sa catégorie dans les relais du silence, les chambres donnant sur un joli petit jardin. Super pour 1 ou 2 nuits; pour plus de nuitées, on peut s'y ennuyer. Le menu "gourmet" méritait son prix (39,50). Seul point à notre sens négatif: l'apéritif qui nous fut servi avec des mini bretzels, gâteaux secs... dans une coupelle, comme dans n'importe quel bar. Mauvaise impression de départ! J'en ai fait la remarque au gérant mettant l'accent sur le manque d'hygiène. En tiendra-t-il compte? |

Wir haben im Chalet übernachtet. Abgesehen vom Bad ein super Zimmer. Viele Sachen sind Luxoriös und würdig eines 4-Sterne-Hotels (z. B. Haupbereicht des Zimmers, Essen); andere sind recht Plump ... eher würdig eines 2-Sterne-Hotels (Bad, Freundlichkeit des Personals) |

Liebevoll renoviert, schöne ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Naturpark der "deux ballons d´Alsace", Ausflüge in ferme-auberges oder Burgen und zur elsässischen Weinstraße. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Kleiner Bergbach plätschert am Haus vorbei. |
