Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Diner in the restaurant was really excellent! The property at which the hotel is situated is very nice. |

Well presented and well kept hotel. Peaceful (slight noise in the garden from motorway when wind in certain direction), lovely and well maintained gardens. Friendly staff. We certainly intend staying again. Knew restaurant was closed on Wednesday evening but didn't know that after 9pm we couldn't have a drink - everything locked up and no staff at all! |

Very fresh and clean, high quality, good location, excellent dinner. only 1 pillow - always annoying, it cannot be that hard to supply two pillows without having to go find someone to ask. Slow but friendly service. |

Friendly staff, beautiful tranquil location. Excellent food and service. Made to feel like friends, Nothing significant. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room but this seems to be standard for better class hotels. |

La stuttura dell'albergo di qualità elevata.Il ristorante con un menu' degustazione di ottimo livello e con un buon servizio di sala. La persona adetta alla reception, che con i suoi modi fin troppo sbrigativi,,risulta come una nota stonata rispetto al resto del contesto veramente eccellente. |

La gentillesse et la prévenance du personnel. L'accueil, le sourire et l'efficacité à l'arrivée et au départ. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : baguette grillée prédécoupée et non fraîche. Jus de fruit en bouteilles et non pressé. |
