Les Manoirs de Tourgéville  

The service was superb. All staff members were very helpful. The staff offered to prepare a special birthday dinner for the four of us who were traveling together, of a wonderful fish soup, whole John Dory with three sauces on the side and four delicious sides. In addition they prepared an amazing strawberry desert. All in all a fabulous meal. The lounges are very inviting, with a bar and fireplaces, especially welcome during our stay when it was cold and rainy. We did not use the spa facilities, but they did look appealing. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

The dservice and the challet style rooms

No coffe or teamaking facilities in the room, coupled with expesive coffee prices at the bar. Wine prices were out of order, by all means have expensive wines for those who dont know any different but the prices for wines did not include sensible french wine at sub 30 euros a bottle , for a french Hotel this is inxecusable profitering , which will encourage me to look elsewhere for my next trip to that area.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The hotel offers a variety of guest services. Place well maintained, clean and modern.

Good location for the Normany coast. Quiet but accessible location. Comfortable hotel with good restaurant.

From the welcome on arrival to the farewell on leaving the staff were excellent. The hotel is located in countryside, is peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in low season but the design of the hotel with rooms grouped in groups of eight throughout the grounds would retain the feeling of space and tranquillity.

My only surprise was the lack of air conditioning in the room we had, however, this would not stop me visiting again.

This Hotel is absolute luxury, in a beautiful country location, yet close to the Normandy Coast. The bedroom was well furnished with everything you would expect of a Hotel in this class. IE Quality Bathroom and shower, exeptionally oppulent bedroom area, mini bar, TV in Bedroom and room sitting area, with multiple channels in all languages. The design and build of this Hotel is stunning.

If there is any downside at all, it can only be the cost of the rRstaurant and Bar. However I suppose this is something you have to expect for this level of quality. Dinner with wine for two, was around 145 euro. With breakfast at 20 euro per person. The quality/standard of food was excellent as you would expect.

The peace and serenity of the countryside and the beauty of the hotel complex itself. Staff was very friendky and helpful and we also enjoyed a real gourmet meal the evening we decided to stay and eat in the hotel. Compliments to the chef.

I liked it all

We were very surprised and delighted to be upgraded to a suite each (we were two couples) I learnt from the General Manager,M Sylvain Choblet, that this is something they do if they can, automatically! The staff were absolutely delightful, with nothing being too much to ask. The food was of a very high standard, in a lovely setting. For us, the location was perfect, being away from the hustle and bustle of the popular tourist locations nearby (Deauville and Honfleur) but near enough to visit them easily, returning each evening to an oasis of calm and tranquility. Cuisine(dinner) is average.B'fast is fine,in line with hotel's overall quality. Staircase needs lighting (No upstairs toilet in Duplex)

Great staff, always ready to please you. Very comfortable rooms, with all modern facilities. Delicious breakfast buffet. Restaurant was also very good.

A ''Breakast included'' package would be great!
