The decor/antiques on the landings and stairways, plus the quaint old lift.!! The Hotel adjoins the River Meuse and is in an ideal location with the Tourist Information office , the "Mosa" ( if you want to do the 45 minute boat trip ) and a few good restaurants fronting the river - all only 2/3 minutes walk away . |

Typically French Hotel centrally located in the town, near to all facilities, had character Considering the size of the Breakfast Rooms (2 available ajoining each other) the layout was extremely cramped for serving. |

Really quaint pleasant place to stay, some of the staff could only speak french but we would definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends - even the squeeking floor. The chocolate lab who came on with the night shift was a welcome reminder of home. |

You can't beat the location right in the center of town. There are many cafes & restaurants right outside the door. It is right by the. I paid 80 euro for a double, the rate included breakfast so I don't feel I can complain about the squeaky floor. I also lucked out and found free parking close by. The room was clean, bed was old and not that comfy, but I felt I got a great deal. I only stayed one night and was there just to rest for the night during my WWI historical explorations so the only thing I noticed was the creaking floors, but come on, the place is old, what do you expect!? That is not the hotel's fault. |

It had rustic charm. The entire hotel shut down on Sunday. There were no services available Sunday evening. |

Location is excellent. Very nice looking hotel and very rustic! Breakfast is very expensive at €15. A 3-course meal in Verdun costs the same! The hotel is too expensive! |

Hotel pittoresque assez atypique. |

The hotel is located in Verdun in a quiet and green setting, a few minutes away from the A4 motorway and the Meuse TGV railway station and within a stone’s throw of the battlefields, museums and... |
Surrounded by a 14-hectare park, this 19th-century castle has been renovated to provide individually decorated rooms with lovely views. |
