I liked our room and the swimming pool area.

The food and the wine did not match the cost.

Beautiful hotel in the countryside of Champagne. Lovely furnishings, superb restaurant --- excellent place in any season.

I liked everything about this Hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous the rooms were very tasteful and the food in the restaurant was fantastic.

Room was clean. Initial reception and luggage collection were very friendly. Good facilities.

Bathroom was in real need of updating - cramped. In-bath showers and plastic shower curtains are just not up to the required standard for your target guests. Poor service. Pre-dinner bar staff were very inattentive - too busy talking amongst themselves - we needed to ask for menus and again for canapés. Restaurant staff seemed to be sharing private jokes throughout our meal. Food was overpriced and nowhere near the standard we were expecting at €80 per head excl wine. Entree was insipid. Lamb main course was heavily over salted. Desert was flavourless and petit-fours clearly not fresh. Lack of reasonably priced wine options. Really very disappointing and compares very unfavourably for quality and value with numerous other places we had stayed and eaten at on this trip. Breakfast over-priced at €22 for continental - we only had coffee and you tried to charge us €22 each for that - felt like you were cashing in on us. Overall, we came away having spent €500 for one night with dinner and felt it was a "bottom quartile" experience.

Extremely friendly staff with great attention to detail,fabulous pool/hamam and location close to Epernay perfect.

Color scheme in rooms a little too intense for my taste.

We wanted a place to stay in total relaxation with fine dining midway between the English Channel and Strasbourg, where we had a heavy week's work ahead. This was pretty perfect. Our Superior Double Room was magnificent, with French doors leading onto our own terrace and the gardens. The cusine on the first night was exquisite, perhaps a little less so on the second, and the cellar yielded up some lovely wines.

The Spa facilities were gorgeous but, on our second day we could use neither the Hamam, nor the Jacuzzi. This was a major disappointment, although we happily used the excellent Sauna and pool. We weren't entirely convinced it was not a breakdown, because there were several electrical engineers frantically trying to fix some machinery, however the hotel's version was that there was a Safety inspection in progress and this meant half of all the electrics were switched off at a time. Umm.

Cannot fault this hotel, we shall return to it when next in Champagne

We have stayed here several times. The hotel is pricey but in line with its local competitors. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are excellent. The food in the restaurant is also super but again at the top- end of costs. The hotel is very convenient for Epernay and reachable within a few hours from the channel ports.

The wine list in the restaurant is good as should be expected but the costs per bottle are phenomenal. I calcualated the mark-up to be 400% on one champagne I had bought earlier in the day. I suppose you have to pay to get this sort of luxury.

Hi level of service, nice attentions like a chocolate egg in the room. Also the food is quite good. I enjoyed the luxury level and service in this hotel and the swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna and hamman.. The wine choice was one of the biggest I ever saw with even wines from 1928.

The price of the breafast and some of the drinks are very high, and my main meal dish dissapointed me, but all in all this is a high end hotel in the champagne area.

rooms needs renovation, chimney doesn't function in lobby and in restaurant, awful service in restaurant (by the way it's 1* Michelin)....

Het totaalplaatje was zeer goed. Lekker erten Mooi zwembad. Goed ontbijt.

Service in de bar was minder. Thee besteld en pralientjes kwamen na de thee. s'avonds app.besteld en hetzelfde wat nog straffer was men is na de aankomst van het app. direkt komen zeggen dat we aan tafel mochten. Gebrek aan ervaren personeel in bar.

Supper keuken . Zeer goede chef

Le prix exorbitant de la cave. Le champagne servi en apéritif dans de très petites flûtes, remplies à moitié ! un lit de 140 seulement dans une chambre de luxe. La vue de la chambre sur les poubelles

Cuisine excellent, personnnels compétente et attentives.

Het is de tweede maal dat wij logeerden in " La Briqueterie ". De eerste maal was perfect. Nu zijn er renovatiewerken aan de gang in de keuken waardoor waarschijnlijk de boel wat in het honderd liep. De kamer was ok. Het diner werd opgediend in de ontbijtzaal. Er was een heel beperkte kaart. Van de wijnkaart hadden ze er na onze vierde keus eindelijk een fles voorradig.Het ontbijt werd opgediend in de kamer - er was geen ontbijtbuffet , zogezegd omdat er te weinig bezetting was ( 12 personen ). Voorlopig niet aan te raden, misschien na de werken terug beter. Hopelijk.

De service en bovenal het eten waren super

Bediening aan het diner: de meisjes waren slordig gekleed en stoorden vaak midden in gesprek, de wijnober was ook vreemd.

Me ha gustado todo. El personal más que atento, el restaurante estupendo y el spa impresionante. Nos sentimos más como en casa que como en un hotel.

Que el jacuzzi del spa tenía demasiado cloro a primera hora de la mañana, de forma que no pudimos disfrutarlo.

Als zeer prettig ervaren, vooral de bar en het restaurant. En het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid.
