We have stayed here before and particularly enjoy both the Hotel, area and family environment. We were disappointed with the evening meal in the Winstub as there was only one hot meal and the others on the menu were very similar and not obvious that they were in fact cold pies served with the same accompaniments as the crudite starter. we have stayed here several times before and do not remember such a bad selection for evening meals. The buffet breakfast, however, was excellent.

They have a very nice restaurant downstairs, and it's great that you can have a nice dinner and go straight to bed. Very clean rooms. Our room had a radio which you could listen also in the shower. That was a nice plus. Our room somehow smelled bad, a smell that came from the toilet that was located at the entrance of the room. We didn't tell the front desk because it was a short stay and it was too much hassle to change rooms.

Easy to find. Good choice of breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful. Ideal location for visiting Strasbourg on the park and ride and also Alsace region. Staff at tourist office in Rosheim extremely helpful and spoke excellent English Near busy road and railway line

The hotel is perfectly located next to railway station, is clean and offering good alsasian dishes. The service is good but waiters are extremely slow particularly during evening hours. The hotel has quite impressive vine offer. In the list I found (apart from alsasian vines), for example Chateau Beuamont 1939, Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux. After emptying two bottles of alsasian gewurtz, I was about to buy it and take it home. However, the waiter quite unexpectedly for unknown reason refused to sell it. His only argumentation was that this is not in line with hotel philosophy and that there is only one bottle left in their cellar. Unbelievable. That was so big disappointment that I will never come again.

The hotel is located next to the railway station of Rosheim, the perfect start for a visit to Strassbourg. On the other hand, centrally located near to Obernai, Barr and Ottrott the hotel allows to make some nice trips in traditional Alsace towns. Nice terrace in summer in lounge style. We felt very welcome by the hotel owners. We were a bit disappointed about the quality of the cooking in the restaurant and in the Winstub. The ingredients were fine but really overcooked (aspergus as well as sole fish).

Vriendelijke bediening ect. Ontbijt en diner goed.Dicht bij snelweg / station gelegen. De föhn in de badkamer hing los aan de muur en bij aankomst was het erg warm op de kamer.

Wir haben selten so gut gegessen, wie im eigenen Restaurant des Hauses unter der Leitung v Robert Maetz. Gekrönt vom dazu servierten, selbstangebauten Wein v Jaque Maetz. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich, auch wenn man echt schlechtes französisch spricht oder gar nur englisch. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel in einer wirklich schnuckeligen, kleinen Weinstadt. Von außen absolut romantisch, tolle Terasse , echt hübsche Gegend. Perfekte Anbindung z Autobahn. Etwas altbacken wirkende Weinstube. Wird dem guten Wein und dem liebevollen Personal nicht ganz gerecht.

Le personnel aimable et accueillant , le calme , chambre spacieuse avec salon + balcon et cerise sur le gâteau, le petit déjeuner varié a souhait. Il manque un frigo dans la chambre (pas important en cette saison)

La qualité de la cuisine. Le restaurant est vraiment à recommander. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Des mets succulents avec beaucoup de créativité. Une cave superbe ! Lorsqu'on séjourne à l'hôtel ce serait dommage de ne pas profiter de la table, car dans les environs c'est ce qu'il y a de mieux. Le service est à améliorer
