First night was excellent .. top floor, lovely room. Excellent location. Decided to stay 4 more days. More expensive but thot still worthwhile for room I had. Had to change rooms. First 2 nights in a room that was close to 100 degrees (in winter) .. they couldn't turn off the heater. Next 2 nights new room, even more expensive .. very tiny room. I would not stay there again.

Location perfect - Just 2 mins away from the metro and a private parking within 3 mins walking distance (for those travel by car) Hotel was also clean and 24hrs reception service. Ideal for those who just need a hotel for sleep and shower. Not ideal for those who want to stay a lot of time in the hotel. Personally for me was perfect 2 star hotel as it was cheep, near Metro and we stayed just for sleeping.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Free Internet. Good location, extremely close to Sacre Couer and to transports. The room size was good enough and it was nicely clean (except under the bed). I was able to get a good booking.com offer so for me it was good value for the money. Would stay there again (if the same price). The breakfast is really expensive. There was a lot of dust under the bed and even an empty bottle, which means that the cleaning ladies don't do a complete job (but the rest, including the sheets, were clean which is the most important). As I already said, I got a good price here on booking.com but I noticed that sometimes this hotel gets completely overpriced. A maximum of 75€/night for a double room I think is a fair price, more than that is not worth it and 180€ as I've seen on some dates is completely outrageous.

Single mum with a 13 year old daughter both LOVED it here. Excellent value for money via this website considering the top location: literally round the corner from Sacre-Cour, 2 or 3 blocks to metro stations, many cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, groceries etc. Mainly very close to the lovely Monmartre up the hill where the piano bar is a must. The staff were helpful and friendly, the lift convenient, the rooms quiet no traffic noise at all. I would definitely go again to this hotel. The decor and facilities could do with refreshing - the wallpaper was peeling, the hairdryer broken and one of the lamps needed a bulb replacing, but all in all this didn't matter or impact on our enjoyment.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Everything was bad. The room was small so that we couldn't move easily. The bed and the small bathroom was awful. You pay much more than what you gain.

Very little. Please read the following Hi, We purchased a 1 nights stay at the hotel over all the rest on offer because of the value of saving and having a room advertised as £240 reduced to £50 I was under the impression that I was getting a n excellent deal. If a room is advertised at £240 I would expect a level of comfort or service to match, even though the hotel was a 3* I still would not expect what I turned upto and coinsidently ruined my trip and my supprise for my partner. The hotel was in a great area but, and there is a list, but: - We were unable to check in untill 3pm and there was nowhere secure to store our luggage. - The recepionist was not very welcoming and on check out we mentioned our cold shower but was ignored. - The room was tiny (we could hardly walk around the bed), in need of decoration and felt tired and shabbly. - The Double bed I requested was 2 single bed put together which seperated in the nigh. - We only had hot water in the room to wash our hands and resulted in a cold shower for the remainder of our stay. So much for the romantic getaway. In all I think that the prices of the rooms, which are advertised in the room as 340 euros a night are put in place to confuse and give a faulse impression on the saving and standard of the rooms. Also I think the the bare minimual requirments of a 3* have been put in place to achieve the result. This hotel would of been a bargin 2* hotel at 20 euros a night, max 40 euros normal price. We both feel very let down and a little ripped off. I am currently investigating the legalities of 'over pricing' to achieve a 'fausly advertised saving' but would be very interested in your views. I look forward to your reply and appologise for the tartness of the email, none of us enjoys reciving bad press. Many thanks Mr LA Jones

Large room There were almost no rooms available in Paris. The only choice was to take this room at 350€, which was outrageous ! This is not a normal situation anymore. I do agree that there is a kind of demand-offer balance but this is beyond any reasonable proportion.

The location is its greatest asset. It's an 8min walk to the Gare Du Nord train station, so it's good for people moving in and out by train (or coming/getting to the airport by train). Also it's close enough to two metro stations and it's right in the heart of Montmartre. It has a lift, which is a plus in Paris, since many hotels don'T. Nothing that would spoil our stay, but the shower is a little weird, and you can hear noise from other rooms. Considering Paris' standards, I guess it's ok.

Cheap and clean hotel at the heart of Montmartre. If you want to stay for a couple of days spending majority of time observing Paris not spending much money, it's for you. Rooms are nothing special but clean and quite. Stuff is friendly, free wifi everywhere inside.
