Kitchen not opened,bedside light not working and a bit tired looking.

The Pool & Free Parking

The road outside was very busy and made it difficult to reach when going out. The hotel room was very poor standard, dirty and had no facilities or seating other than a plastic garden set. The beds were poor and this was clearly not a family room. Bearable for one night, but any longer and this would have been a nightmare. The room was geared for self catering, but was dirty and very poor standards. Facilities at the hotel were also very minimal. Would not even meet a very poor bed and breakfast in the UK and for £100 per night was clearly poor value for money. Did not eat at the hotel as cleanliness was a concern.

Reception staff and waiter were very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was good (but expensive) and the inward facing balcony overlooking the pool and tennis courts for each room was pleasant.

Generally a 'tired' feel to the place with the room generally a bit grubby and poorly cleaned. Aircon unit directly over bed was both inefficient and blew directly onto the beds occupant during the night.

the location was excellent for our needs. central for Biarritz and Bayonne with easy car parking for those with hire/private vehicles. the walk to the main bus route was reasonable (about 7 mins), giving everyone quick access to city centres.

The kitchen had to be booked in advance, we had to wait 24 hours before gaining access to it.

This is pretty tired. There were no facilities available in the room, everything had been locked away. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel & expensive.

Modern hotel, very good breakfast and a very pleasant receptionist.

An average hotel, that was value for the money we paid. If I went to Biarritz again I would try a different hotel, probably pay more money.

The service was very poor - being french I was spoken too in English and was not given any information about the facilities and overheard these being given to the next couple that had arrived to check in - was also meant to have a key to open the little kitchen but then had to wait for somone to come up to the room to unlock the facilities

The location was probably the only good thing about this hotel. It looked lovely from the distance and we were really excited as we drove through the entrance. I'm afraid it went down hill very rapidly from there.

Our room was appalling. It was like a very uncomfortabe 1950's bedsit. Burn holes in the bed covers chunky foam pillows and the kids beds were built into the hallway. The pool looked very unhygenic with nobody in site to clean it and the filters were covered in rust.

Helpful and friendly staff

The hotel pool was not clean. To be fair, it was at the end of the season and I suspect they were preparing to close it up

Hotel vieillissant dont les infrastructures n'ont pas évoluées. L'aspect général de l'hotel est froid et ses infrastructures extérieurs (piscine et tennis) ne sont pas entretenu en cette période...

Chambre spacieuse

Si sejour d'un jour kitchnette non disponible donc ce n'est pas un appart hotel comme annoncé dans ces conditions. Clim reversible hs. Mobilier un peu vetuste, lit et canapé lattes cassée. Salle de bain trés petite pas trés propre joints baignoire noircie.
