Located very close to the metro, great way of getting to central Paris, which is great if you don't want to stay in a busy touristic area. Plus the food in the surrounding restaurants is much tastier then what you get in central paris and cheaper too! Breakfast was basic but nice, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms are quite small, and I'm only 4ft 11'!! Very well decorated and made the best of the space available but still small. However I think most rooms in Paris are, from what I've read

Nice neighbourhood, close to the metro, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Supermarkets, bakery, butchers, cheese & wine shops and a variety of cheap eateries within walking distance. Pleasant atmosphere in the entry hall and a cozy breakfast room. Photos on the site, though, give a distorted picture of reality. Rooms are very small and the bathroom is very disappointing. Behind the round design sink, that at first sight is beautiful, is hiding dirt in dirty corners, the designer is to be blamed as he has made it difficult for the cleaners. The trash in the bathroom/toilet is so tucked away under the mini closet that only by means of a fishinghook it could be removed, if you prefer your hands hygienically clean.Ventilation in the bathrooms does not work so excessively the chamber gets moisty. Water runs of the wall. In winter it is difficult to throw the doors open, it can not easily be aired.

Close to metro station. Small room. One day when we returned to the room after visiting the museum the room was partly clean and on the table was eaten Pringles from the minibar. When we were checking out from the hotel they tried to charge us the Pringles.

Staff was helpful. We were leaving on Sunday at around 6:00 - before breakfast begins. Receptionist served a breakfast for 4 of us, which was certainly nice of him. Rooms are very small (common problem in Paris). Acoustics is very good. You can here elevator coming to your floor, people walking in the corridor, neighbors having sex, pretty much everything...

They have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on ! Staff - helpful and friendly Cleanness- room and bathroom very clean Location- bakery, coffee shop and pharmacy in front of the hotel. Metro - round the corner pernety station line 13 You can get to city centre in 15 min. It is for city break only. You stay in the room for the purpose of sleeping as the room is quite small to move around

Great neighbourhood, very central and with a metro station nearby. I speacially liked the deco of the public area of the hotel. Nice receptions staff always making me feel welcome :) Unfortunatly I got a room just beside the elevator, it was quite noisy. Rooms with poor sound proof. My room was left the door open twice after cleaning. Room grooming not bad, but it could improve.

I really like the athmosphere! The staff was really friendy, speak english. The room was really nice, though it was a little bit small. The breakfast was nice as well - though surprising, why they had it only until 10:00... The room was too small and the bed was a little bit small as well. The blanket was so big, in nearly take one adult's space in the room.

“We really enjoyed our stay at Le Fabe. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. It is within easy walking distance of a metro station to get into central paris but has the benefit of being in a quieter less touristy part of the city. There are excellent restaurants, cafes and shops nearby the hotel. The Sauna is a nice touch and is great for reviving sore legs from walking around the city! We stayed in a 'cosy' room which as the name suggests is small, however there is still plenty of room fro two people and the bathroom was big. The room and hotel was impeccably clean and the design of the room was lovely and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!” Karen, Tooban |
