Situation is great, staff friendly and there are a lot of shops, coffees, restaurants around. Very good Metro connection. We were there twice during this year yet and can really recommend it. The rooms are tiny but comfortable and cute Depending on the room it can be a bit noisy - its not always fun to participate in neighbours love making

We stayed in the Nature suite (following booking the Comfort suite + a free upgrade!) which was gorgeous, big and clean and beautifully decorated, with a separate toilet and bathroom with double sinks which is very convenient for a couple. The staff were polite and helpful, offering a restaurant tip to a restaurant round the corner which was a hidden gem, and offering refreshments and directions aplenty. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated, very stylish, and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location (Montparnasse) is slightly out of the way, but it just means sitting on the Metro slightly longer which we didn't mind.

Leaving the key at the front desk every time we left was very convenient. The room was very comfortable, staff very pleasant and the location was very conveniently near Pernety metro station. I would recommend this place. As Canadians, we are not used to open concept "salle des bains" - using the tub with my friend in the room was an awkward ordeal. We were not aware of this via the online booking.

The Location was very close to the Pernety Metro Station. Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Very happening street with lots of Cafe's, restaurants, shopping and Bars. Awesome bakery just opposite the Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The size of the room and the corridor is very small. But then again, not too much to complain about considering the fact that we took this hotel just to sleep and keep our bags. We were out of the room most of the time.

I liked the location, staff and even the breakfast. I consider that the breakfast is too expensive, but maybe it's just my opinion. The coffee is very good, the bread is also great. It is a french breakfast, they have some eggs but they are french. Anyway, I liked the hotel very much. I would recommend it to anyone.

reasonable location everything Staff very unfriend, Room was the smalest I ever seen in my life! no bath a small shower, the tube line is right underneath and you could hear the other guests on the room upstairs, we could even hear the water running on the other room above ours and the flush from the loo, was by far the worst Hotel I ever been in my life, next time I will stay at Ibis or travelodge etc...before book the hotel ask everything you need and be sure there is no bath, cofee machine or anything there.

Services for front desk is not bad , peoples are very friendly and helpful. The room was too dark, and the table lamp was spoilt. It is difficult to perform some paper work in hotel room. The worker at dining area was not friendly. Duplicated payment was charges to my credit card, luckily my local bank send messege to remind me. Hotel management has decided provided breakfast for us as apologised so it is consider not bad at least they know how to treat their customersin other better way to admit their false.

I liked the look of it on the internet, and decided it would be a good place to stay with my partner for a romantic break. Unfortunately when we arrived after a long journey, at 22.45 we were told that we weren't going to be able to stay at the hotel due to a 'water problem' (leak?) in our room. The gentleman on reception was very apologetic and told us he'd found us a room at another hotel local to this. I was disappointed that we couldn't stay where we had booked, and the hotel they put us in, Hotel Fred, was NOT as pretty, quirky, or romantic. It was more like a downmarket boutique business hotel. I suppose that's why we were given a complimentary breakfast each the next morning to make up for not getting what or where we had booked! To have been given no warning and no choice of the problem that we faced upon arrival was not nice. Especially late at night and we had no option but to gracefully move to this other hotel - especially as we had pre paid upon booking the room.

Although the room was small it had everything we wanted. The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual which was great. The hotel is close to the Montparnasse tower and Luxembourg gardens. There are a few boutique restaurants and bakeries close by which are worth going to. Overall a very enjoyable stay! We had a great time the hotel was very nice nothing to fault.

I didn't really like the hotel much. My bedroom was like a doll's room although it was very clean. It's not really a hotel somewhat an old loft converted into a hotel.I think the price was exaggerated although I believe it is due to the Motor Show currently being held in Paris. I HATED the location because it was "in the middle of nowhere". To get to MBienvenue was totally inconvenient and to get to the centre of Paris one had to change metro twice!. I will not return to this hotel and I am very disappointed by your marketing of this hotel and the fact that as soon as I made the reservation there was no way that I could change my mind afterwards because the booking was final.(Now I understand why)! My advice to customers, Please check and recheck the location with Google map before making your choice. I have certainly learnt my lesson.

The hotel is beautiful, and the service was great. The district wasn't so good, but the hotel is so close to the metro station, that it doesn't really matter.

It is a very well located hotel and quiet as anything-so I slept well in my courtyard facing room. The rooms are very small and there is no elevator (contrary to what it says online). Also, much to my chagrin, the security deposit box in the room was inoperable and there was much ado about fixing it (it was never fixed) and one of the front desk clerks was downright snarky about the whole affair, indicating that I had done something to break it. Lastly, the breakfast was totally appalling!!
