The room comfort and cleanliness Pool and gym access and trainer Yoga class and great massage Good food and variety of products Supermarket available inside the hotel 10 minutes leisure walking distance to the sea Nice and helpful personnel Pool was not crowded
We had our hired car taken by the officials, because we haven't seen the sign that palm trees were going to be cleaned - it would have been nice to be announced also at the hotel reception Drinks were not included in the dinner, although we had dinner included - but this was not such a big problem
Great staff; very warm and welcoming, safe (asked us for our name, room # when we came back to the hotel late one night), great location (closer to the centre of Paris/tourist stops than I thought from the map/description; 2 steps from Pernety metro, 10 minute walk to Montparnasse metro/RER station, close to LOTS of bakeries, restos, grocery stores), LOVED the rainfall shower (not like so many other pressure-less hotel showers).
Breakfast is pricey at 12Euros/person, especially with the amount of restos/bakeries around the hotel - not worth it. Regular size room is SMALL - smaller than any NY or London hotel I have stayed at. If you plan on visiting a lot and not being in your hotel, its fine, but otherwise, its too small. We barely had space to leave our 2 carryon size luggages in the room. If I had longer arms I could probably touch the 2 walls. Walls are paper thin, every morning I heard our neighbors shower and blowdry their hair. Again, if youre a light sleeper - this might bother you, otherwise, not a big deal or bring ear plugs.
Excellent staff, helpfull and kind!
The location was very convenient to the Metro. The hotel was overall nicely decorated and modern. The room was quiet (facing the back) and clean although a bit small (basically room for a twin size bed). It was overall satisfactory. If you are looking for a memorable place to stay, look elsewhere. If you need a comfortable bed in a decent location in Paris this will do.
The cleaning detergent used in the rooms was a bit strong smelling. I was fine with it after opening the windows, but it could bother people who are sensitive to those types of smells.
Loved how easy it was to the metro ! Was a lovely experience was well looked after !
Nothing this was perfect for the money
Interesting Parisian street close to the metro and Montparnasse station
As you travel through Italy to one hotel to the next one thing in a hotel really stands out is the bed. This hotel gets 11 out of 10 here, you just want to pack the bed into your bags and take it with you. The hotel is located a few metres from the metro so you can get to anywhere you want very quickly. The staff are very helpful. The room is very light and clean. The bath tub is very cool.
The shower is over the bath with the flexible hose shower rose/head there is no adjustable height holder for the rose. It makes it very hard to shower one handed.
Stayed only one night Personnel was really kind and attentive
Beautifully presented with friendly and extremely helpful staff. In a great position close to metro, food and drink options.
It was a difficult task to shower in our beautiful bath ... but that is the worst that can be said!
Staff made us feel welcome which is why we stayed. We were going to look for another hotel
Rooms very small. There was no coffee facilities.
Metro station is very very close, what is perfect! Staff was also very nice. Location is very nice, everything is nearby.
rooms are too small
Room very clean, bed was very comfortable Information pack was very informing Area is nice, less than 5mins away from metro The room is so comfortable I didnt wana leave the room
Clean, modern hotel with helpful staff. Bathrooms modern and clean.
Rooms were a bit small, hotel had a lack of character, location was a bit far from Central Paris.
Location was perfect for Metro, and only 15mins from some of the main attractions of Paris. With a underground parking location down a separate street we felt it was much safer than on street parking. Good A/C as it was possibly the hottest day I've every spent in a city. Fridge was small, but useful to keep water cool. Nice bathroom idea, with cobble floor, and double sinks with a separate toilet. Basically all you could ask for from a city hotel. Swimming pool would have topped it off if only they had more space!! :)
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and close to metro stations. A couple of nice restaurants close by.
Bathroom was a bit on the small size even by Paris standards.
Natasha at the reception is very sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants and responding to our requests.
The room is tiny. And you can hear voices from the corridor clearly.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Good sleep quality. Good location.
The room is comfortable and good looking. Everything is new and working well. Shower is big. The street is full of restaurants.
The room is small, and it is very noisy from the other rooms (you can hear them shower and washing heands). The location is a bit far away from Paris center.
Small hotel but very cosy. Nice location in "real" Patis with bountiful shops and local life. Good wifi coverage
It's a nice little hotel in the Montparnasse area. Clean, well appointed with very helpful and friendly staff.
Montparnasse has good value and this is a wonderful hotel for the area but getting elsewhere in Paris does take time from there.
Receptionists very pleasant and helpful rooms serviced daily free wifi.breakfast available if required Close to Metro lots of cafés and restaurants in the area very pleasant walk to Montparnasse
Wonderful small hotel in a great location in Paris. If you're looking for a large full service hotel like Marriott, this isn't the place; it's small (including the rooms), quiet and quaint with a great location.
Modern and clean. My request for my room to have 1 big bed and at a high floor was granted. Receptionist lady was very service oriented. Very good.
Room I was given was beside the elevator so I heard it moving up and down every time it was used and the hotel was fully booked. But that doesnt mean the rest of the rooms are the same, to be fair.
The hotel is in an area that has a lot of people so you don't feel afraid to walk in the evening. The metro is only half a block away. I think that charging 12 euro for breakfast is a bit much, but there are 2 or 3 pastry shops where you can buy something to take to your room. Our room was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. However, the staff, location, cleanliness of the place, made up for it.
As I mentioned, the room was incredibly small. At night we had to put one suitcase on top the other so we would have room to walk around. The bathroom has NO place to put anything out, only a very small space big enough for toothpaste, toothbrushes and that was it. I would still go back there though!
The hotel staff is really great, the receptionist is nice, helpful,I always received a nice and warm welcome since I entered to the hotel. Especially they have sent me an warm email that they have found my T-shirt in the room after I checked out, that is really professional. The hotel is nearby pernety metro station which is easy to find but the pernety station is a little bit far from those attractions of Paris but It's still good price and good experience I have got from this hotel. Thanks again.
the bath was leaking.
