Localization, nice staff, TV and bathroom in the room, nice view from the window. Smelly room (coming from the bathroom - close the door!), noisy street in front of the Hotel, not so clean-looking bathroom (rather fungi-overrun) and some stains on the walls coming from the killed insects that were filled with blood - hope it was mosquitos, not else. |

The location was great. The staff were friendly. The room was fairly large. The plumbing was old, and while it was clean enough, it seemed a bit delicate. It was difficult to bathe without getting water all over the floor. |

Location. Inside city walls! The photos should be more realistic! Umpleasent smells in the room. The hotel looked really old and dirty! |

Proximity to the railway station and tourist information office. Dirty state of the bathroom and very unfriendly reception staff. Eg We were loaded up with 20kg bags and weren't told they had a lift, rather the reception staff simply allowed u to lug the obviously heavy backpacks up a flight and a half of very narrow, windy stairs! |

The rooms were always kept clean every day and staff was nice although knowing French was a big help with communication. The hotel is close to the bus, tourist office across the street, area restaurants and close walking distance to Avignon's shopping and historic district |

the price we stayed in two different rooms, both had a very strong smell of cigarettes, there was also cosiderable traffic noise at night from the street |

Freindly greeting by staff The room was very small and very very basic similar to a youth hostel, the room smelt of sewage on and off during the night, the bathroom was very out dated and the towels small and thin. |

All the staff were very friendly; the breakfast [not included in price] was good. It was very convenient for everything in Avignon. The room facilities were OK but could all do with a "make-over"; there were extra blankets but no extra pillows; it was noisy at night with the window open - a busy main road. |

We did not like our stay at this hotel. The room was very smelly, the hotel was noisy, reception desk noisy and elevator and could be heard from our room Would not reccommend this motel. Spoilt our visit to Avignon |

L'extrème gentillesse du personnel, le fait que la reception soit ouverte 24/24. Le fait d'avoir pu laisser mes baggages durant mon excursion en ville. Il est un peu viellot, mais tellement bien situé. |

Accueil sympa - ouvert 24/24H - situation idéale à proximité de la gare et en plein centre de la ville historique - Coin petit déj exigu mais plaisant avec tv et produits frais. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Forte odeur de tabac sur le palier. Assez bruyant car pas insonorisé et fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur l'avenue principale. Bas de la douche moisi. |
