Good location - close proximity to tram line made journeys to/from the centre of Bordeaux very easy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. |

It was very convenient for our visit to the Hopital Pelligrin the following day. (Hopital opposite the hotel) The lack of automatic lighting within the hotel and corridors. Albeit the light switches were illuminated they were difficult to find - particularly in the basement parking area. |

The hotel furnishings are rather tired and we were surprised to find that it is a twenty minute tram ride to the centre of Bordeaux. |

Room not serviced on arrival.Had to return to reception after being given key and wait while room was serviced.No tea or coffe making facilities.No glasses to drink from.Supplied with stove top but no utensils. |

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur de la catégorie de l'hotel ainsi que du prix (produits médiocres et de mauvaise qualité). La proximité du train est aussi assez désagréable durant le séjour. |
