Good hotel for a shorter stay in Nice, clean room and friendly staff. The location is excellent, right next to the main shopping street and not too far away from the beach. The room was very basic, which didn't matter for a shorter stay, but for a longer stay I would have wanted a fridge. The wi-fi only worked on the lobby.

Location - it was near the train station. The horrid smell in the bathroom. Although it was recently renovated - and was quite clean - the plumber had omitted 'P' traps ... so the drains smelt horribly.

Staff were very nice, good location - very close to the railway station and city center. Quiet - no street noice, but we have a room to a yard. Clean. You can easily hear your neighbores. No kettle and fridge - but it's a two-star hotel

Friendly staff, good value for money, excellent location I am overly sensitive to noise. The walls are a bit thin and I could hear the tv of a neighbouring room. It stopped around 11, though, and I would use this hotel again

This was the third of three similar hotels I stayed in over 9 days all within a few hundred yards of main station. No breakfast included in price - €7 extra so not best value. Certainly good clean accommodation for an overnight stay. They are changing old door locks for electronic keys. Such a bore to have to keep handing in when you just want to pop out for a coffee. Magnetic cards are the best by far. Hot water here not reliable.

The location was fabulous - a few mins from the station, 10 seconds from the main shopping strip and a direct route to the beach. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. The room was dead quiet as I had a backwards facing room on the top floor overlooking rooftop herb gardens. It was very clean. Hotels in Nice are expensive so for Nice, this was a very good price. Stayed there 5 nights and will definitely stay there again. The window didn't close fully as the latch wasn't fitted properly and the door handle was also broken.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, it was inexpensive and located close to everything. I would have liked it if there was a small refregerator in the room. There was no bath, only a shower (this is not important for me but maybe for other )people.

Windows are good, there is no noise from the street, air conditioning is very effective in local heat. New towels (3+1buth mat for person) every day, reception is friendly. The walls are very thin, I had noisy neighbors, had to turn on the TV, not to hear screaming and stamping. At night when someone goes to the toilet, it seems that it happens is in your bathroom.

Airconditioned and less than 10 minutes walk from Nice main railway station. Reception spoke english and quite efficient and elevator to upstairs floors. Drinks available at reasonable prices at a Bar downstairs and vending machines. Internet was free but did not work in the room, only downstairs near reception. Good sized room and bathroom and seperate toilet room. Good value room with a Tram stop nearby for transport to beach area, which was about 20 minutes pleasant walk. Good budget accommodation, would definitely stay again. Internet signal could be detected in our room one floor above reception, but did not work in the room. But did work if you take the device downstairs.

We were given a room on the 4th floor on the inside. It was very quit and I would recommend asking for an inside room if you don't want to people watch on the street side. We had reserved a double but the room was a triple and very large and comfortable. The bathroom was good. We took the self-serve breakfast and it was a good value. The coffee machine made good coffee and there were cheese wedges and cereal. The hotel is a short walk from the train station which was good for us since we were taking the direct bus to the airport in the morning from the train station. There was a long desk along the way. It was a very comfortable room. The people at the desk spoke English and were helpful. This was the third time my wife had stayed at the hotel and my first. I would definitely return. The shower curtain sometimes clung to my calves when taking a shower. They need weights on the bottom. Small complaint as the rest of the room and hotel are good.

1. The location was awesome! 5 mins to GORE NICEVILLE(TGV train station), 2 mins walk to the main road and 15 mins walk to the beach. 2. The room was quite big and cozy, nice window view. 3. Acceptable price for a single traveller like me. 4. Fairly friendly staffs. 1. It was quite close to the Arabic area, I'll suggest single traveller(especially girls) to stick to the main road. 2. No hair dryer in the room. 3. The breakfast(extra 7 euro) was not worth the money. 4. The bed sheet need be softer. Facilities seems quite old.

The main thing is to get a room in the main building, because the room is much better than the other ones. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is very good for an Italian hotel. In the same street as hotel there is a tram passing by, so you can easily get to city center, only it is not as fast as metro. Has parking and Wi-Fi in rooms. Rooms in other buildings are much worse than the ones in the main building.
