For the price it is a very reasonable place to stay. Near trainstation, restaurants, supermarket, shopping street. Just value for money
There is nothing to complain!
Handy location by the train station
Very strong smell of petrol throughout the hotel! Could hardly breathe! wouldnt syay here again
Close to train station and shopping area. Felt safe near police station is around the corner. reception is excellent. Very helpful and friendly
Very basic facilities but reflected in the room rate. Wall is thin and one nite I was terrified by the noise fr an angry neighbour
welcoming and friendly staff @ reception and through out my 4 night stay. Loved the ease of location to the Train station and to rest of Nice.
had difficulty w/ wi-fi
completely fair for this price 24 hours reception
only 3 sockets in room for 3 people. One of which couldn`t work when you are out.
Stayed at this hotel 2nd week of November. Location wise this is perfect to cover alll attractions in Nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us arrange a trip to Cannes and Monaco through an external travel guide. The breakfast offered for Euro 7 (although same everyday) is a good deal if you are staying for 2-3 days, as its difficult to find a cafe around. One good thing is that they clean the rooms and provide fresh towels on a daily basis.
Although there was a heater in the room, it was non functional, so we were asked to adjust the aircon temp to make the room warm.
Not too much
Good location, close to the train station, tram and main shopping street. Restaurants and supermarket (Monoprix) within a few minutes walk. Hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean, with a 24 hour reception and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed in a basic but clean room. Reception staff were happy to look after my bag until I needed it at 7pm allowing me to enjoy my last day in Nice. Would stay again at the price I paid.
The bathroom was big and clean but the shower pressure was a bit low.
The fact that the main shop street was a moments walk away, as well as the tram and train station
No safe in the room
Localisation close to the train station and the main streat. Silent area with many budget restaurants with different quisine. A comfortable room, with a big bathroom.
Location close to train station and main street, not too far to walk to beach, nice restaurants around (lots of options), friendly male on reception who made us feel welcome, large room
Not being able to get milk 5 minutes after breakfast finished (even though we could access it the day before with no problems), small shower door (wouldn't want to be any bigger than we are otherwise we wouldnt fit!), had to bend slightly to get onto the loo due to the sink being in the way, not being able to take food into our room
Good location, good facilities, excellent cleanliness, very professional cleaning lady - thank you!
Gentleman at reception during the day time not particularly helpful
everthing is sample
Very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location near station and the tramline. Extremely clean.
Attitude of some reception staff
Clean towels every day Gleamingly clean bathroom-not a trace of mould anywhere Excellent shower and hot water Quiet despite location Slept well
Room quite bare-empty picture hooks on wall, places where things used to hang Breakfast-plentiful, but croissants, bread not crusty enough, and didn't like the coffee
Staff well versed with English and were cordial Eating joints, gelatos and grocery shops nearby Near to train station - walking distance Room was comfortable, bed-sheets and towels were clean Value for money for budget travelers - who are not looking for beach view
Breakfast is disaster, try to avoid Not a beach location (10 - 15 mins walk to beach tough, or can catch the tram) Far away from bus stops - route 100, etc
Very central; clean, quiet, comfortable room. Lots of restaurants/ coffee shops nearby as well as the main shopping street with its tramline. Nice is a lovely destination and this hotel is ideally located close to the main railway station with its Airport bus and trains to Cannes. A ten minute walk will bring you to the separate railway station for the scenic train to the hill towns of Annot, Entrevaux and Digne.
An English language news channel on the T.V. would have been welcome.....otherwise the hotel was quite satisfactory.
Poor facilities and staff not friendly. Cannot understand why the hotel require the customers to give back the keys every time they leave the room.
Proximity to Train Station/street car Ventilated rooms
No secure(i.e. locked) luggage storage after check-out 10-15 minutes walk to central plaza/old town
We enjoyed the convenience to the la gare and attractions.
Smoking of staff.
easy to find, nice staff, clean room, good wifi signal, we have stayed for 3 nights.
Good location, Not too expensive. The room was small but clean. I guess its ok for a couple of nights.
Sink was blocked with water. But after a day they came to fix it.
Very helpful staff, very clearn. 10 min walk from main station. Good budget accommodation
Furniture a little faded, buy as you would expect for a 2 star hotel
A quiet room close to railway station and tram stop.
I reckon I was bitten by a flea on two occasions. I splattered one blood sucker on the wall and he exploded. No English tv channels only 6 French ones. I had room 35. The shower worked well but you had to be a gymnast to get out of it.
