I have stayed here before. It is a very friendly and comfortable hotel with lovely staff and well-sized rooms with free wifi.It's just now undergoing a re-fit so I look forward to seeing it in future. i have lived in Rennes so chose the location which is excellent. I would always choose Anne de Bretagne as my preferred hotal in Rennes.

Clean and functional room; good location and the underground parking is a definite plus. Fair value for money. We did have some mould growing on the ceiling in the bathroom which should be attended to.

Nice hotel and in a good location for touring Rennes city centre. Helpful, friendly staff. Very limited bar and closed early. Parking not possible in anything other than a small car, and local parking garage not particularly secure.

Well located for the city centre and for access to public transport. Breakfast was fine. The room was comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The en suite bathroom was small but adequate.

In 35 degree heat it was good to have air con in the bedroom. More thaan can be said of ant restaurant in Rennes! Great confusion over the correct price for the special offer weekend. Unresolvable with the receptionist.

J'ai aimé sa situation proche de la gare et du centre-ville et la gentillesse de l'accueil. Je reproche sa vétusté .Des travaux de rénovation commençaient juste le jour de mon arrivée et d'après le gérant , c'étaient les premiers travaux de rénovation depuis la création de l'hôtel. A mon avis, tout était à revoir :chauffage d'appoint seulement dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain: chauffage avec minuterie insuffisant. Baignoire non plus blanche mais brune avec de grosses trainées foncées , moquette usagée et couvre-lit défraichi . L'ensemble donne une sensation de malpropreté. Le jour de mon arrivée, une corbeille pleine de viennoiseries trainait sur une table basse dans le salon à l'accueil de l'hôtel avec plein de miettes éparpillées partout. Cela faisait très négligé pour ne pas dire sale. Attendre la fin des travaux pour le retester.

La chambre était correcte mon son prix trop élevé. Pour avoir séjourné dans d'autres hôtel à proximité en centre ville, je sais qu'on y retrouve la même prestation pour 70 euros. 109 euros pour cette chambre double me paraît vraiment excessif.
