Great swimming pool. Good gym facilities. Night reception staff were unhelpful and disinterested and generally lacked local knowledge of good restaurants and local tours. Daytime staff were much more helpful and attentive. |

Central Aix, therefore ideal for access to City and good restaurants. Free access to Spa facilities, not treatments, very good value. Restaurant and bar in Hotel are a little inhospitable due to design/decoration. Bedroom doors can be noisy closing with young children nearby. |

Central Location to old town, spa and pool facilitiies, comfortable room although a little old. Difficult to find, parking could be a problem at busy times as carpark was nearly full. |

The hotel was well placed in the old town of Aix-en-Provence. Walking to the shops and restaurants was very easy. The spa facilities were fantastic after a day seeing the sites in the surrounding area and the restaurant provided excellent food in the evening and for breakfast. I would certainly recommend a privilege room as you get a balcony overlooking the old town. The staff could have been a little bit more helpful e.g. on check out there was no porter to take the bags down to the car. To use the full spa facilities you need to book a treatment, you can however still use the sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor pool. |

Nice location. Nice bed and the rooms were very well soundproofed. Although the hotel is non smoking, our room smelled like cigarettes. I was disappointed: the pictures give you the impression of a very white, modern, chic hotel, whereas in the reality this is not 100% true: our room had a carpet with all type of stains and the chairs and walls had stains too. |

It is so nice that gusts can use the spa , but I was worried about the security, because a technicien came in the room without any notice in advance, and there was no chains to close the door from inside the room. |

Good location and good quality rooms- next to a plaza with a number of good restaurants and close to historic sites and markets. However, not in the middle of the historic center so it was easy to get taxi service when needed. |

Yes, we checked in at 17.45 and one of the two rserved rooms was not yet availble - after a whole day driving we were upset. After dinner we had a drink in the garden and retired at 21.20. My wife finished her drink in the lobby and left her wine glass there. At 23.15, when er are fast asleep we got an agitated phone call from a member of staff asking where the ''missing'' wine glass was. Not amus |
