Beautiful view over the pool and gardens. Very quiet at night. Good hotel location but parking was very tight to enter carpark. Breakfast was included and was good selection on buffet. Expresso machine for good coffee.

Parking was close by but very narrow entry. 10 euros per day was good value for parking. We did have trouble finding the hotel without gps. Off a one way st. Use of spa resort jacuzzi included

Location. Good room standard. We did not use the pool as it was too cold, but probably nice in summertime

This was a great hotel for two travelers just arriving from the States. We had a lost bag, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us get the bag delivered. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, and we had a stunning view of the beautiful city.

We loved the location of the hotel and the facilities were very good. Pity that the swimming poool was cold as it was out of season. The hotel is situated in a central area close to the extensive shops, restaurants and sites. We would recommend it

The outside could do with a good painting and updating. Inside was very acceptable. I waish that the security would walk around at night because for one (wekend) evening there were a few young people drinking and being a bit loud - but nothing too serious

The facilities were excellent. The spa was luxurious and as a couple we found the experience very fun and romantic.

Not much help when walking around the spa.. We obviously looked very confused and unsure what to do and no staff offerend to help or asked if we were lost. But that was only a minor thing out weighed by all the positives!

We booked a room with a big balcony. The balcony was very dirty and full of birds poop!!!!

Great location with wonderful facilities and a reasonable price.

The beautiful gardens; the lovely swimming pool integrated with the Roman ruins; the flowers; the outside patio dining facilities; easy walking to the lovely little old streets of Aix-en-Provence; the charm of the rooms. Altogether a beautiful place to rest and relax.
