Location was excellent being just a few minutes walk to the wonderful markets and variety of cafes.Great to be able to walk out the door to the markets each day.Bed very comfortable and good quality linen and decor.Free internet available downstairs. It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room but not a biggie as we were able to get a pot of tea from the bar downstairs or walk out to one of the many cafes.Parking cost 10euro per day at a public carpark close by.Have to expect that I guess when you are right in the middle of a good sized town. |

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Location Disappointed to find restaurant fully taken on our last night. We were not told of need to book and feel that guests should have reseaved some priority over other visitors. |

We spent 3 days in Aix-en-Provance and Aquabella was very well located. The hotel is not a charming hotel, there are too many rooms , but the location is a goog reason to stay there They've charged 17 euros for the breakfast, and 10 euros to park for 24 hours |

Comfortable bed, spacious room. As our room is facing courtyard, so it's quiet. Location is okay though not convenient, but still within walking distance to all attractions A bit far away from the Aix En Provence bus station and main shopping area. And we request hot water from the bar tender, but he's on the phone and totally ignore us until we complained to the front desk staff. So we are very disappointed to the service here. |

the decor of the room and its generous size. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel surroundings were very pleasant, especially the garden. |

The proximity to the center of town Under our window seems to be a fixed all night loiterring spot with loud voices, drinking and annoying noise making till pastl 3am. The second night we contacted several times the concierge but nothing changed. The only solution was ear plugs. Also the hotel is printed as a day spa with swimming pools but when I asked to use the beautiful open pool I was denied access. |

The evening special dinner was two steps below mediocre. Not a problem, except the staff said it was a good deal. Parking stinks if you have a vehicle the size "upgradfed by Europcar There is no way to get the auto into that 90degree angle. |

Nice hotel with lovely facilities for a 3 star. Location very close to all sites of Aix. A little tricky to find...ask for good directions. |

Location was perfect as was the pool. Decor in our room was a little dull. Would have prefered hard surface to carpet inbedroom |

The pool at this hotel is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The location is probably the best in Aix and there is even a spa next door to the hotel. |

The location of the hotel in the old part of Aix was excellent, and the setting of the hotel within the grounds of the spa was impressive. Early Sept is obviously deemed as off peak, as some facilities weren't available, despite being advertised as such, e.g. sauna/steam room not available, jacuzzi too cold to use, etc. Room decor needs some updating - looks heavily used. Separate toilet away from bathroom is only a good idea if there's sink to wash hands in, otherwise is just a nuisance. For the cost of staying here, you'd expect to be able to use the facilities and enjoy a certain quality of room, so this was not good value for money at all. |

Breakfast and breakfast staff excellent. Checked in 1pm, told room ready 3PM!!!! Room not ready until 3.45 and ruined one night stay, re pool facilities etc, since had a dinner appointment 7pm.Attitude of girl at pool bar, when I asked for ashtray, appalling.Upset me, and felt she did not like Brits.I work in The Dorchester, and know what attitude does to people, she ruined it for me, and very late check in unacceptable. |

Lovely hotel/spa within walking distance of all that Aix has to offer. My daughter and I had a large room with spacious, sunny balcony and a glimpse of the mountains behind. Easy parking one block from the hotel. Hotel restaurant was pricey but good food and free buffet breakfast was great. Fantastic pool in historic setting with beautiful gardens around it. Weather was extremely hot so fun to breakfast in spa robes and then laze by the pool. Definitely a hotel to return to. |

Hotel had great pool/lawn area for relaxing, but unfortunately during our stay a wedding party overwhelmed the facilities. Beds very comfy; good location in Aix. Room cleaning staff were exemplary. |

The hotel is very well located and has a splendid swiming pool. Bedrooms are spacious. The hotel has a very nice and well equiped wellness center. The bedrooms need some improvement since they age a bit. |

I loved the superb views from the balcony of my room, loved the pool and the gardens and very much enjoyed my stay. A very relaxing holiday. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The balconies could be improved by making the dividing panel more opaque. I did feel that the galss was a bit too transparent for privacy. This was overcome by using it at different times from the neighbours. I still managed to enjoy the balcony. Would love to return in the near future and would definitely stay at the Aquabella again. |

Excellent customer service. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and facilities all expected of a 3 star hotel. I thought it was slighlty overpriced for what it was. |
