Lovely rooms (privilege double), excellent spa facilities, very peac.eful despite being very conveniently located. Tranquil out door restaurant and pool despite good city location

Terrible parking, the hotel building isn't very attractive and the hallways aren't in keeping with the chic decoration of the rooms - the quality of the rooms, location and facilities more than make up for this though.

turning into that parking lot was a challenge...could not have done it alone!

Hotel used for Groups, so private individuals receive very poor service in restaurant, staff attention going to group tables.

Location, location, location. Aquabella is in the heart of Aix-en- Provence and this means that you are close to restaurants, markets, the old town. It is perfect for the weekend traveller who has come to see the best of Aix.

The gps tries to take you down some very narrow streets to get there, when there is in fact a simple easy way to get there without going down these difficult to manouvre roads. If you are driving check the best access with the hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel and the facilities were very good. Pity that the swimming poool was cold as it was out of season. The hotel is situated in a central area close to the extensive shops, restaurants and sites. We would recommend it

The outside could do with a good painting and updating. Inside was very acceptable. I waish that the security would walk around at night because for one (wekend) evening there were a few young people drinking and being a bit loud - but nothing too serious

Breakfast is quite expensive No pool or spa service in the evening

The facilities were excellent. The spa was luxurious and as a couple we found the experience very fun and romantic.

Not much help when walking around the spa.. We obviously looked very confused and unsure what to do and no staff offerend to help or asked if we were lost. But that was only a minor thing out weighed by all the positives!

The location was fantastic and very easy to get around to other towns with public transport. Our room was extremely quiet even though it was over a busy laneway. The view from our balcony was lovely over all the rooftops and tops of the bell tower. Also extremely close to flea market, right up the drive way. Lovely hotel.
