Convenient hotel parking. I would recommend this hotel as a cheap, clean and functional solution for people who need a place to sleep when visiting Annecy

reception not particularly warm and friendly but they got the job done and gave us all the information we needed.

I am afraid that on arriving the member of staff (obviously a bad day) behind the desk could not have been less helpful or bothered. The next member however could not have been more helpful.....disappointing from that second good start. The hotel was dark and the room not even a uk 2 star. We were only resting heads so stayed in the room as little as possible. Tatty Tacking and bits falling off everywhere with stained carpet and ghastly wood chip walls. Surprisingly fantastic bed and children also said they had a comfortable bed.........we were exhausted though! Breakfast good value. If you want cheap no frills with a good bed -ideal. Bit too basic for my family I am afraid.

11.06.2012 turning back from Saint Malo Bretagna going back home to Florence after 950 km driving I booked a hotel for staying over night, just picked randomly over internet....I've been traveling whole over the world but staying to balladins annecy Hotel was one of the worse experience i've ever had. The blankets were old, consumed and dusty, the bathroom was really dirty, the curtains all broken that the sun could go through, I had no space into the room to open my luggages and upon all these for parking the car into the hotel's parking they've asked me 7 euros at night...Thanks God I din't stay longer then that...I Don't recommend that hotel to any other human being ....sorry guys..

The bathroom is awful, when you're taking that open shower with no curtains around, the water splashes all around the room and stays there. Also, when we arrived there was no soap in our room. I asked the hotel staff where is it and I was told that I have to buy it myself. Later on the soap arrived, but I bought one already.

Modern, clean and tidy. It's located in a relatively quiet area (except maybe for children playing at the small playground on the back of the hotel). It's a 20 minute walk to the train station and 25 minutes to the old town.

Very comfortable; staff friendly and helpful. Good location for exploring Annecy.

It's not a complaint, but the room we were in had a disablerd bathroom and the water tended to leak all over the floor. It does need attending to.

No refrigerator and no coffee facilities

Le manque d'isolation : nous avons eu l'impression que les voisins de chambre étaient dans la notre.

Pas de parking Chambre insalubres sale degeulase tâche partout infiltration d eau Du bruit pendant 3 jours pas moyen de dormir en c'est plein et les employé du jours s enfoute Un 3 étoile il devrais revoir ça car c'est une prestation de dormir1 étoile ne vaut pas du tout c'est étoile et je le déconseille tous le monde j'ai les photo comme preuve de ce taudit
