The sheets were fatastic - really top quality cotton. Room very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The fact that the secure parking was extra. I used the insecure parking and nothing happened.

Typisch hotelketen hotel, niet slecht en niet goed maar voldoende voor één nacht als doorgangshotel. Het hotel is goed gelegen en makkelijk te vinden.

Das einzige was mir nicht an diesem Hotel nicht gefallen hat war das es im Fernseher keine deutschen Programme gab,das ist für ein Hotel was nahe an der deutschen Grenze ist ein Manko.

Proximité piste BMX Parking payant cher. Nous avions réservé 1 chambre triple, nous avons eu 2 chambres double, donc moins convivial. Heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas d'enfants!!

En tout premier lieu, l'accueil des personnes...SUPER SYMPA....et, grâce à eux, je re..séjournerai à Besançon; un petit "choc",perso,je connais trés bien la ville puisque je suis une ex Bisontine; l'extérieur de besançon.... "Palente" est devenu " la zone", et, c'est le seul gros problème avec l'hôtel, c'est dommage que vous ne puissiez pas trouver un emplacement ailleurs vers palente ou direction bregille. Acceuil à une heure assez tardive agréable Petit déjeuner sympa Tarifs intéressants Un effort tout particulier est à mettre en oeuvre au niveau de la literie Nous n'avions jamais encore trouvé dans des hôtels literie aussi "ferme" pour ne pas dire aussi "cassante" (idem pour les oreillers) Ceci en toute sympathie,le reste des prestations étant tout à fait à la hauteur de nos attentes Amicalement

Aardige receptionist. 's avonds was er geen personeel meer aanwezig, waardoor wij vanaf 23.45 tot en met 3.00 uur hevige overlast hadden v.d. gasten in een kamer onder ons. Zij waren aan het feesten, hartstikke dronken en we konden helemaal niet slapen. We zijn nog bij hun aan de deur geweest, maar ze waren totaal dronken. Heeeeel erg frustrerend dat er niemand aanwezig was om ons te helpen. Het hotel lag in een echte achterbuurt en we waren bang dat onze auto gestolen zou worden, ondanks het hek er omheen
