The sheets were fatastic - really top quality cotton. Room very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The fact that the secure parking was extra. I used the insecure parking and nothing happened.

Room was clean . Parking for car Extra for a secure one which we took on as it is opposite an enormous block of flats. A long way from town. The downstairs areas were smelly but the room was ok.We got what we paid for.

Le parking surveillé, l'accueil, la chambre. Le repas du soir : peu varié d'un soir à l'autre, avec des pâtes dans 3 des 4 plats chauds présentés, et un service très long.

L'amabilité à l'accueil et le petit déjeûner assez séduisant. L'éxiguité de la chambre et l'inconfort du lit. L'ensemble manque d'entretien y compris l'état des moquettes. De plus l'environnement de lhôtel n'est pas très accueillant.

J'ai été très choqué de constaster que l'hotel se trouve au milieu d'une cité hlm très délabrée et sale, avec des voitures calcinées sur les parking.... Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité....

La chambre n' était pas très propre et vétuste. Tapisseries vieilles et décollées, odeur de moisissures, lits peu confortables et couvertures très usagées. Portes de la douche cassées. Nombreuses taches sur la moquette. Et la porte de la chambre qui ne fermait plus!

Le personnel était très sympa, et la proximité du lieu de départ de ma compétition Hotel situé en pleine cité, bruit de bagarre en pleine nuit pas terrible!!!!! La salle de bain était très moyenne, des travaux de rafraichissement seraient à prévoir

Le personnel est à l'écoute. Le rapport prix/prestation est correcte, toutefois, ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. La chambre et la salle de bain sont trop petites. Il n'y a pas de place pour poser sa valise. Dans ma chambre, il y avait une porte de placard mal fermé qui donnait directement sur des canalisations ... Le parking est obligatoire au vue de l'environnement autour de l'hôtel.

L'amabilité du personnel de réception L'hôtel doit avoir au moins 30 ans, situé totalement en dehors du centre, sans le cadre d'une cité, pensez à réserver une place de parking fermée, si vous ne voulez pas avoir d'angoisse pendant la nuit.

En tout premier lieu, l'accueil des personnes...SUPER SYMPA....et, grâce à eux, je re..séjournerai à Besançon; un petit "choc",perso,je connais trés bien la ville puisque je suis une ex Bisontine; l'extérieur de besançon.... "Palente" est devenu " la zone", et, c'est le seul gros problème avec l'hôtel, c'est dommage que vous ne puissiez pas trouver un emplacement ailleurs vers palente ou direction bregille. Lage und Öffnungszeiten vom Hotel gute Qualität der Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet Auf den umzäunten, taxpflichtigen Parkplätzen hat es sehr viel Kot. Die Bedienung am Frühstücksbuffet Das Zimmer inklusive Dusch-WC-Raum könnten nicht kleiner sein.
